I disagree, think about it like a Tarbosaurus vs Spinosaurus matchup but at a smaller scale, while Suchomimus has a clear size advantage (5,3 tons vs 3,7 tons), it's weaponry is nowhere near as effective as that of Wiehenvenator. Mostly because of the different ecological niche they had, while it's been suggested Suchomimus may have had a more terrestrial diet and behaviour than it's relatives based on its bone density and its skull morphology, its bite was still very weak and so it could have mostly only hunted animals way smaller than itself. Wiehenvenator in contrary had the macropredatory adaptations always seen in large megalosaurids like Torvosaurus to be the apex predator of its environment, its neck and bite were way more powerful, and more deadly, especially when the Sucho neck is literally within range of theses. A matchup to the death favor a lot Wiehen, Sucho just dont have the weaponry to counter it.

@@RzkEditz in terms of bite yes it has a weaker bite but arm strength is debatably in suchos favour having some of the most robust arms of any theropod even more then their Megalosaurid ancestors if this was a sucho sized spino I would understand but sucho was way better at combat imo then spino with longer arms and a height advantage and saying a animal wins based on niche is pretty dubious imo that and sucho was significantly more bulky and having a height advantage could keep its neck out of range I respect your opinion and all but I kinda disagree

@@Distix-uz8qr Yes sucho's arms were more efficient in combat but that still wouldnt make the balance between the difference in bite effectiveness they have for sure, theropod forelimbs in general imo are overexaggerated on their effective utilisation in fighting.
Spinosaurid arms are big but just for theropod standards - they are still short in proportion to things who's arms are way proportionally more effective, like Humans or Felids. This is also limited with the studies on how Theropods have very limited range of motion, or how the forelimbs are still under their bodies, or not extensive enough to reach their faces. In conclusion Sucho's arms still have very little chances to do lethal damages while Wiehen bite has a lot of chances to do mortal damages (especially like i said given the fact that Sucho's neck was very thin, fragile in comparaison and also within range of the jaws of the megalosaurid)
Even Hartman validated that it'd be almost impossible for a Spinosaurid to actually take down a similar-sized macropredatory theropod, and that their claws were adapted for being devices helping out on fishing.
