I appreciate your sentiment. I am an American and I love my country too but I have made a decision to live for Christ and that heavenly kingdom spoken of in Hebrews Ch 12 I think...chapter of faith.
But when we talk about Jesus where we are we make our homes better for everyone. I am loyal to no king but King Jesus. That is why this nation founded upon Christian principles still does not dip it's flag in salute to the host nation. I used to live in Japan as my father was in Air Force. We used to go to see the big stone budda and go to Meigi and saw the prayers hanging in the wind. I never was in any religion till alot later. Became a Christian and now I am and old person who believes in Jesus, the Son of God.

I’m was born in a Christian household but have never experienced someone explain the gospel from deep within his spirit. I am praying that God would help me to understand His Word in this manner. We take the Holy scriptures for granted but this ex Muslim has truly found the Truth in the Word of God. May Yahweh continue to save the Muslim people and all who are still lost.
I was exactly like you. Then I went on this mission to finish reading the Bible in 90 days ( God put that in my heart) and it completely changed me and brought such a deep understanding of Christ in my life.
Check Pastor Jack Hibbs, Calvary Chapel of Chino Hills. Or Amir Tsarfati, they both preach the Word of the Lord. Believe Jesus is the son of God, who became flesh and lived on earth. He died to save us from our sins. He was crucified and HE paid the price for all our sins. He conquered death, and he resurrected on the third day. He now sits at the right hand of God, the Father. If you believe in your heart, you will be saved and spend eternity with him. God bless you

Study of the Bible is so much fun. At times I hit a wall, but I know if I just be calm I'll read another passage, or listen to a wise teacher that gives me insight and I suddenly smile with understanding. I'm 68 yrs old, I'll be learning new things and new understanding of things in the Bible until I die. Not blind faith, it's faith that is constantly being reinforced by the Bible.
I'm from the Philippines, the only christian nation in Asia. We have strong faith in God and we love hearing testimonies about other religions going out to seek the truth. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
