Kevin I use Playground AI and it lets me create 15 photos every 3 hours for free. After creating 15 photos for free, we will have to wait 3 hours to create another 15. The results are very good. Playground lets us create one image through another as inspiration. We can also resize photos. No watermarks even though it's free. I like this one a lot.
I wanna know if there's a free editing software where I can do this: I have it downloaded on my computer, working on a new project and saving it on a portable USB. I then get a new computer, download the software and want to open the unfinished project that computer.

Dall e 3 is almost unusable now. it's producing low quality, blur spots and smudges on almost every photo. It's hidden better when its a color photo but when you start doing line art, illustrations, silhouettes etc... it's unusable. It's too bad they ruined a good thing.
