This ship is nostalgic, I remember playing with this in the good old times.
But it is too bad that this model of SS Britannic is no longer avalible, so sad. :( R.I.P Bass man's awesome SS Britannic, 2019 - 2021. It was an honor to play with your SS Britannic in the good old days.

I'm honestly glad to see this video. I'm a fan of the Thomas Ismay-era White Star liners, especially the Oceanic class, the first oceangoing ships that weren't designed like sailing ships.

So, uhh hi hello again, I'm the one who suggested that u do a video series that covers all 4 funnel ships ever made, and I like everybody else only know of the the 14/15 liners. Well, I did very little research and found 10 more, all of which are paddle steamers. Some of these ships have very very little information known about them. There are 4 built in 1860 or so, City of Dublin Packet Steamers (all are RMS), Munster 1, Ulster 1, Leinster 1, Connaught 1. There was a 5th ship of this class built 1885, at the same time when these ships were remodeled to only have 2 funnels (along with the 5th ship). There are 3 rail ferries, Prinsesse Alexandrine which was remodeled 2 only have 2 funnels a year after service, what I believe is her sister ship, Friedrich Franz IV which the only info I found is that she was built 1903 at 61 feet long, and the last one, Prince Edward Island (1915). A really unique one was PS Castalia, she had 2 hulls, both of which seem only made of bows with the wheels in between them, and was converted 2 a hospital ship in 1881. Another unique one, is a packet steamer, the Ben-My-Chree 2 (1875), she is the only one that was built with less funnels. She was built as a 2 funnel, but a reboilering in 1884 required she have 4. And finally, the most famous one for last, the seeandbee of 1913. She's famous for serving in WW2 as the Wolverine, shes an American paddle steamer. I hope you enjoy these 10 extra 4 funnel ships that no one is aware of.

I saw in A documentary that WSL thought naming ships after their size compared to Greek Mythology (Olympic; Olympus : Titanic; Titans) was bad luck or cursed so they choose a more lucky or better name for ship 3. Idk how true that is. Saw it in a Documentary on RUclips.

I heard that they named Titanic's sister "Britannic" because their original name, "Gigantic", would have struck PSTD in the public who still had the memory of the Titanic fresh in their minds (because the words gigantic and titanic are quite similar in both appearance and definition).
Thats a common myth, ther is no proof she was olanned ot be called Gigantic

I was browsing the ol' RUclips when I got a recommendation for a Titanic Iceberg scene,specifically from the film S.O.S Titanic (1979).and it gave me a thought. A video of your personal ranking of Titanic films from worst in your opinion to best. Yes Mate!
I think the SS City of New York (later SS New York) might be from the same time period. It amazes me how the New York was in service for such a long time...

Poor Captain Spammals. Back in the old days, he was the BEST sailor in sailing class. However, after retiring from work on the Silent Hunter 5 U-Boat, a megalodon cast a spell on him, making any ship he was on sink.

In those time the ships didn't have second class only first class and steerage, I dont know how it was in the class of the Brittanic I but in the oceanic class in the bow the alone adults and the crew in the middle section families and married couples and in the stern alone woman and children
