This whole concept of popping up innumerable universes for each adaptation of a character is a hot mess. Imagine marvel producing 3 variants of iron man movies in different universes. What a mess that would have been. Marvel's success shows that universes which follow a cohesive storyline are better and more entertaining. But DC with its 2 different types of batman, 2 different types of joker and so much decentralisation is bad, snyderverse is more cohesive and better at storytelling than what we are getting now
