Espasol is a Filipino rice-flour treat in the shape of a slender tube. It is distinguished not only for having glutinous (sticky) rice as a main flour, but also for being finished with a dusting of rice flour.

Hey ..good morning from here Taiwan..I'm starting to like ur videos . first time I've seen ur video about how to cook suman malagkit..n this is the second video.. very impressive how to cook ur espasol looking so easy to cook n only few ingredients u need to prepared..I like to try ur recipe but im afraid for making that because I know how long it takes me in the.kitchen to continuous stirring espanol to become good result..can u tell me how long it takes the cooking process ?can u give me.na lng some..hahaha...come to Taiwan and we cook together..thanks for sharing n hoping more videos to come.

Chef, sorry to say but there is a missing ingredient in your recipe, tried similar recipe yesterday and noticed that it's just sweet & chewy but did taste like the espasol that I remember as a kid growing up in Manila. This 1 ingredient would make espasol a bit firmer, bit oily and super delicious. We used to buy ours by the box....
