Hi Ankit,
Great video you have published. Learnt a lot of things. Few doubts I'm having though--
1) For Bonus component, you have multiplied it with 0.7. So, the rest 30% amount goes to income tax dept. or what?
2) When the associate will receive the Stock component in their payslip? I know it's a variable component and can go down/up based on the market condition. If you can make a video regarding 'Stocks' component, that would be helpful.
3) What happens after 4th year? Does a same 4-year cycle start after that with modified salary components?

Hi Ankit. This is a great video. One doubt, you have put base salary as 20 Lakh for all 4 years. Won't base salary increase every year after appraisal?
Yeah that is there. But at the time of joining they will calculate 20 only to be consistent for 4 years.

base pay is around 32-38 lacs .....rest are joining bonus and stocks vesting for period of 4 years ...CTC is 80+ lacs
