Dude, u solved my issue with pizza. I really needed an idea so as to completely cook the bread. Yesterday i made 4 pizza, one side more cooked, another side white. So i will try once today by your method. Thank you friend.😁 👍👌 Oh, forgot to mention, this pizza bread is an equivalent of tandoori roti, all same ingredients except toppings and spices.
Can you make video about how to grow the blue or green mold on cheeses so I can duplicate the cheese? can we do this on all cheeses, for instance, Brie/Camembert? Can I avoid using rennet or other bacteria from store? Can I use only the mother cheese?
love your video but got a question. why not just put the dough on the pan and flip it after say 2 mins, instead of putting it on a pot and the pot in the pan?
This looks great! Thank you. Can't wait to try this as I have not had much success cooking pizza in a conventional oven.
