Love this so much. Also, I had the coil (Merina coil) and it so amazing. Makes you feel like normal (not like the pill which can make you so up and down and effect sex drive etc). Lasts for 5 years and you can have it out whenever you want. I don’t think they push it so much as it’s the most expensive form to offer someone. With the injection it can take a very long time to get out of your system, important if you decide to start a family xxx

Mine was (and still is!) totally fine, not that big a deal at all - it all depends on the person at the end of the day, it suits some people and not others
I had a really good experience with the coil! PMS significantly reduced, no periods and no sore boobs! Having it fitted was fine, nurse was lovely, only mildly uncomfortable for a couple mins then years of contraception with not having to remember the pill! Everyone will have their own personal experience so I think it's important to not be deterred by something which may really improve your life :)
I’ve tried many pills and I’ve ended up coming off of it, I can’t handle how they change my mental health. I feel so much better now, although I do have to put up with terrible period pains sometimes because I have periods again, but I’m trying to battle through it😂🙄

I’ve tried many pills and I’ve ended up coming off of it, I can’t handle how they change my mental health. I feel so much better now, although I do have to put up with terrible period pains sometimes because I have periods again, but I’m trying to battle through it😂🙄
