Thx for the video. The "-publicsign" explanation is incorrect. It makes no sense to "sign with a public key". What "-publicsign" actually does is flip a bit in the resulting assembly that says "I'm signed", but no signing actually happens. It's also called "fake sign". This faking mostly works because most uses of signed assemblies only check the "Is Signed" bit, but do not actually verify signatures.
