    I am really impressed with your dedication and hard work bro. This is your newest subscriber to the channel. We have a contractor building our house and i didn't know much until i watched your videos. The quality of work done is unacceptable in some places and right now i would like to learn the trade. Help me to learn the trade by keeping on sharing your videos with good quality. Have a wonderful day bro. May God continue to guide and protect you and also bless you in your going out and coming in.

    Fantastic video. Thanks for showing how we tie the rebar. Do you set out beam foundation at all as I will have a combination of beam and matting foundation in the plans. Also if I’m using 5/8 for the beam and column stiffeners. Can I use 1/4 inch rebar for the stirrups. It shouldn’t have any implications on the strength should it?

      Once the plan is approved just build acording to what is says and require unless u decide to make changes along the way the plan will state what Rebars to use at different areas even for the stirrups

      Ok. Thanks. Good advice. Do you have any examples or references of any foundation you lined out that’s on a sloping land?

    • @impressive_builders
      @impressive_builders  4 месяца назад

      @lennieadi no there's no video but building on split level u can get house underneath depending on the steepness or add water tank under there and build on top rather than beam & column just saying but at the end of the day it's what you want

    • @lennieadi
      @lennieadi 4 месяца назад +1

      That’s true. Already planning underground tank but didn’t want a basement apartment but may have to put and in or maybe a store room. Will see once the grading starts and trenches are dug. I’m still many months away Respect bro. 👊🏾🙏🏾

    Good morning. Wonderful video as usual😄. Please tell me the name of the device that you secure to the board and is there an individual size for each size of stirrup and how can I get or make one? Much respect.

      Morning that its called a template u can have a welder make one for you all you need is the material to make it the marking out for the placement of short steel on the template is 3n half inches and the stirrups are made different sizes for instance lintel, columns, belting or beam it depends on the size area you are going to place them

      What's the distance between each stirups

    • @impressive_builders
      @impressive_builders  5 месяцев назад

      Regular 12" apart in some instances for more strength we put them 10 inches

    How far apart do you make the stirrups ?

    • @impressive_builders
      @impressive_builders  Год назад +2

      Those are place 12 inches apart that's maximum nothing above that but they can be place closer depending on the structure you are using it for for eg 10 inches or even 8 but you have to consider cost when you go like 8" its going to take more material but its stroger

      @impressive_builders  7 месяцев назад

      @d.mcpherson8724 if you're using ⅝ its a more sturdy rebar so yes you can use 6 and it all depends on the purpose of the column how high the building going what weight it will be bearing
