I saw this on steam comments, it fixed my game and I had this exact issue. "In steam Open the game properties on Steam and under the launch options simply add "-DX12" without the quotes, save and launch the game. It should launch the game in DX12 and fix the issue." Credit to Pinakapogisalahat there. Hope it works for your game too.

I ady put graphic to low still cant play it.the crashes don't pop a blue screen, it just shot downs the PC like when you hold the power button when i in character creation aboutt 5 sec i hear buzzz sound then shutdown.i ady do undervolt to 20% still got problem .My spec ryzen 5600x + rx6600xt

They didn't fix it cause my game won't even open cause it keeps crashing after I try and get into my world

windows defender says easy game utility is a virus and removed it

honestly this messed up my game. clearing cache took away all my map exploration and put me back at the tutorial

i crashed every 30 minutes and every minute 25 and minute 55. for example i play at 01.25pm and crash at 01.55pm, and then crash again at 02.25pm

Mine has random 3-6 seconds freezing even at all low settings. Ryzen 5600 and RX 6600

I run the game , while start , Forever black screen e never run up the game , After a few second crash the PC e turn off automatically, with RX 6900xt and 5600xt
