Thanks man, everything works fine at the first try. I'm totally new to lighting and dmx. I had to update the library from freestyler forum. (Use Fixture creator, installed with freestyler, to import new fixtures).
Is there a way to synchonize soundtrack with dmx scene, using midi I guess?

Hey. Great video but there is a problem with mine. if i'm in the middle of creating a sequence and then i wait for a minuet, There will be a gap from when i do the last part of the sequence to when i next do it. I'm trying to make it consistent but it wont do it. It depends on how long i wait.

wtf!! too easy to use, there's a lot of drawback because i have to manually create my fxtures on fixture creator, a painstaking job. but after that it was awesome. thanks dude.. i got mine a brand-less udmx unit but the function is the same on your video.. thanks again pal. this thing makes my job easy.

i suggest a usb to dmx .. his is a udmx. its 20 ish bucks.. if you have a issue check your driver signature
Why couldn't you put the movers in Master/Slave mode on the 2nd one, so when you control the first one, it's mirroring to the 2nd one, right?
Because then they are an exact copy but if you are making a chase sequence it wont work
what about crude cheap RGB animation lasers..does the program give you a DMX x-channel control board of RGB animation lasers that only got DMX interface.
thinking about these el-cheapo 3D RGB animation scanning laser models from China with only DMX interface, if this dongle with some software would give you that control?

I know this was made a year ago but There are three ways to deselect fixtures 1st. the buttons 2nd click on empty space 3rd click on the highlighted fixture
i was loking for the link to get the usb-dmx adapter but i dont see it

will this work for the DMX flame throwers?
thanks for the reply. I recently bought 4 flame machines for my Halloween decor. using a dmx chauvet board really wasnt working for me. or i couldnt figure out how to properly program it.
go to the program fixture crater.. now make a new fixture . manufacture put your lst name fixture flame thrower. now total channels 4, then name the channels in channel description 1 2 3 4. save and export it.. now open free styler and add the fixture under your name .. then see what the faders do.. open fixture editor and mane the channels .. your now good to go.. dont forget to set your dip switches on the box to what your settings are .
udmx are auto disconnect and auto connect after 5 or 6 minute

@@djoccult on my dmx panel there are 3 midi plugs in...out...trough...so it must be possible 🙂
@@giovannipg3000 no that is for syncing tempo to a dj or daw software like ableton. You would need a midi to USB interface

unless your MacBook can run windows you cannot install it. i would suggest to use a cheap windows computer instead.
which mode do i have to seletect on my moving head? it has 4 shows and all of them do the same thing with the dmx plugged in or out
Fuzion Workshop im using a chinese copy of the adj inno pocket spot... it has dmx and everything but i looked through the manual and theres not even one mention about dmx mode, it acts the same with the udmx in; or out
