The "Mcdougall" joke is actually pretty clever. If you want to use it on another video: the character K' is named as such because of a character from the VOTOMS novel called "Blue Knight Berserga Story" (it was popular back in the 90s in Japan for some reason). There, K' is a clone of the main character, Kain Mcdougall. So, when Khronen uses the Mcdougall surname, it's a callback to the very first story (Blue Knight), not the Akira-inspired one that K9999 became.
I mean, if Rock, Gato, and B. Jenet are forming the Garou Team (which should be canonically impossible considering that Geese is alive and Terry isn't old yet, so how can Rock be that old), then surely Mr. Butt can join
