Do I need to go through the Speed Mechanic 1 before getting to this book? Btw, I'm on the Speed Mechanic 1 and have one comment that in each exercise there's no guideline when to pass to the next exercise (like what's the target tempo). Do you have any advise for me?
No, SM2 is completely stand alone. For those issues there isn’t a simple answer. It’s more about applying the right principles. There is a tier 4 at Patreon.com/TroyStetina with a number of videos that address that issue in detail

Working on it... doing video work is just very time consuming, particularly when I'm on "both sides" of the camera, doing everything. But it's coming along!
can you do one on guitar notation and what they mean for the hal leonard complete edition. like the hollow double slash. that is in the book and what does (S.I.M. mean) and here is the slash thing without the bottom and top of (//). also if you want to get rich by diversifying try android television with literacy software from google play store built in without raising the price and it will give you total market share. i took a class on marketing. it must be the cheapest one for it to work. just remember free apps built in no internet necessary for operation and they will sell like crazy. if it doesn't have an antenna it will not be plugged in to anything ever and might get you sued by learning tools people. so one with built in antenna might be better. the kkk made me put tacks on my teachers by hypnosis when i was a kid. i have never been to school since. all i can does is read. kids need this stuff. gg.
Sim. is an abbreviation for similar. Generally means continue with the same pattern or technique. Not sure what you mean by “hollow double slash.” Haven’t heard of Android Television, have to look into it
