    Ingredients:
    Ghee - 2 & 1/2 Tbsp
    Cashew Nuts - 15-20 pieces
    Raisins - 10-15
    Vermicelli/Semiya or Shavige - 1 Cup
    Sugar - 1 Cup
    Milk Cream - 2 Tbsp
    Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp (Optional)
    Method:
    1. Add 1/2 Tbsp Ghee or Clarified Butter to a pan.
    2. Once the Ghee melts, add 15-20 Cashew Nuts and fry them. Cashew Nuts should be fried till they turn slightly brown in color.
    3. To the same melted Ghee, add 10-15 Raisins and fry them. Once the Raisins turned fluffy and golden in color, I transferred them to another bowl.
    4. To the same pan, add 1/2 tsp Ghee or Clarified Butter. Add 1 Cup Vermicelli/Semiya or Shavige and roast with Ghee. Roast in medium flame until they turn golden in color. It will take 6-8 minutes to roast the Semiya/Vermicelli.
    5. Transfer the roasted Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige to a plate.
    6. Once the water is hot, add the roasted Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige to it and boil. Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige should be boiled well and it should get cooked. It will take 8-10 minutes to cook the Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige.
    7. When you press the Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige between two fingers, it should be soft. Once Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige is cooked, switch off the flame. Filter the cooked Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige. Spread with the help of a ladle.
    8. The Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige strands should be separated and non-sticky. Discard the boiled and filtered out water.
    9. Add 1 Litre of Milk to a vessel. After mixing for a while, add cooked Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige and mix well.
    10. Take 2 Tbsp of Milk Cream in a bowl. Mix the Milk cream with the help of a whisk or mix with a spoon and add the same to the Payasa/Kheer.
    11. Add 1 Cup Sugar. For 1 Cup of Semiya/Vermicelli/Shavige, 1 Cup of Sugar is needed. After adding the Sugar, mix well and boil the Payasa/Kheer. At this stage, you can add Cardamom Powder also.
    12. After boiling for 6-8 minutes, add roasted Cashew Nuts. Add 1 and 1/2 Tbsp of Ghee/Clarified Butter and mix well. Adding Ghee is Optional.
    13. Add roasted Raisins and mix well. Switch off the flame after you see the first boil after adding the Raisins. Quality cooking wares that I love and recommend. Many of these I use every day in my kitchen and in the videos as well. Thank you.
