Glad to see your back making videos. I'm just like you when it comes to studying anything, I have to read something and reread it 100 times to retain the information. I found that like a child, flashcards always helped me lol ..As far as making a new channel for your real estate journey, I would just post them on here for now, maybe until you're more established in your career? Adding another channel might add more stress and it sounds like your plate it is quite full right now! Just my thoughts, I'll subscribe either way lol
