Sorry to hear, but I have to say that I do not have this experience at all. I had a faulty item and they were very helpfull and have taken excellent care of my problem. Highly recommend Galen Leather. It's my go to for leather items for 2,5 years now.

Galen Leather I received 2 defects items and they refused to change it enen with photos. Customer service very bad. They don t care after the sale
