Update after baby was born:
- I got a sterilizer for microwave (didn't like the fluid ones as it leaves a strong smell)
- the electric pump is a must! worth every penny
- lanolin cream is also a must for cracked nipples
- had to buy more nursing bras and size up as my breasts got bigger after milk came
- go for extra sensitive wipes for newborn - the scented one gave him red spots
