      Definitely. I don't know why western people are so ignorant.... Wait I know CNN, fox news, movies etc. There is a reason why Americans are known as stupid.
      Also when they read that list out, people get stoned or put to death when they commit such an act in public, not in private quarters.

      It's funny that you think taxes don't benefit the politicians that work for the government. Conversly the companies may pay more to their employees as well.
      Anyone that thinks taxes are some huge boon to the regular populace is crazy.

    Dubai is beautiful, but there are crazy problems lurking underneath. UAE doesn't have the oil reserves other areas have.

    • @Sum_Ting_Wong
      @Sum_Ting_Wong Год назад +3

      It's not built on oil money anymore. It's primarily tourism now. Dubai is not relying on oil money anymore and started diversifying it's economy since the mid 2000s.
      Abu Dhabi is the oil king of the UAE

    • @asparapee4213
      @asparapee4213 Год назад

      @@Sum_Ting_Wong I realize they are diversifying, but I've read several breakdowns that talk about the tourism not being enough to cover the eventual loss of oil revenue. Saudi Arabia is doing a similar thing right now as well as they anticipate the need for oil will go down over the coming decades.

    One thing i wanna add as someone living in Dubai... yes we on the outside are like one of the countries with the least crime, but it is happening, obv 100 times better than NYC or Chicago or most other countries, but it still happens, 90% of it is covered up and not reported by the cops, only a handful come out, now with countries like saudi its prob like 99% of the shit dont come out, a lot of conspiracies are there in the general public here regarding the kingdoms and different things that go down here in secret, murders and so on, im not gonna go into it obv. But the main point is, there is murder, rape, etc going on, either they get covered up very good, police knows what it is but in the paper trail dont write it that way but do take the necessary action to the perpetrators, etc.

    I’m always skeptical of countries with populations that are either the exact size, smaller or slightly bigger than just ONE Large American Metropolitan city. Saudi has a population of 35 million . It’s easy to offer amazing Benefits when your population is small, the ground is filled with a resource worth its weight in gold and the majority of the country is uninhabitable due to extreme geographic conditions. It’s like people that rep Scandinavian countries, there populations are half the size of New York City alone. Now if you were to multiply their population by 10X , im sure they wouldn’t have the same benefits.
