Am I the only person who thinks Erin would look really good on Shooting Stars?
I've had my backhandspring and other level 2 skills for almost a year now, and I've been working on tucks for 6 months, and even had my tuck for a while. Lately I feel like my tumbling has stopped improving, or even gotten worse. I feel like I have a fear/mental block. Can you do a video on how to improve your tumbling faster and how to get over fears? 💕thanks!

I would try stretching everyday. Or ask your parents if you can join a recreational cheer class for practice.

Lol- so idk if anyone else has this problem or anything... But my cheer shoes smell REALLY bad but that's pretty normal but it makes my WHOLE bag smell awful! Does anyone know anything to fix this? I don't usually pack food cause it ends up smelling too... So yeah
Hey I had the same problem! I have a couple of tricks that might help.
1. Try washing your shoes in the washer with a tiny bit of bleach, I know it sounds a little scary but the bleach will disinfect them killing the odor causing bacteria.
You can also wash them in baking soda and vinegar for a non chemical option ( don't worry they won't smell like vinegar after)
2. After they are clean try putting drier sheets inside them when you put them in your bag so they won't smell
3. This is I think what helps the most, in an old sock put, baking soda and some sort of smell, I use peppermint or lavender essential oil just a few drops, or you can put some dry herbs like rosemary or lavender, and just make sure you tie the sock really well so it won't spill inside your bag.
This works specially well for after practice when they are all sweaty and stinky because the baking soda will absorb the extra moisture and neutralize the odor.
4. And last but I think one of the most important TAKE YOUR SHOES OUT OF YOUR BAG!
Don't keep them in there till next practice, take them out so they can get some air and they won't stink up your bag!
there's these little air freshener balls from foot locker and you can put them in ur cheer bag , cheer shoes
If you put fabric softener in your shoes they will not smell I do this with all sport shoes it works wonders
