I still think this song is a top ten hit for you!
@@davestevens1600 thank you! We should probably try promoting it more…widen the reach so to speak.
🇺🇲💯💪
And this is why I spend 20 hours a week sifting through videos on RUclips. Every once in a while you discover gold in them thar hills. Outstanding job, great guitar sound and harmonizing.
Channeling the Inner Young…better rendition than my bands ever did.. and we weren’t bad.. this was great !
Thank you! We don’t do many covers (should probably do more) but we love playing this song live!
@@luxtheband this tune got me all the way back in 1970 when I was a freshman in high school. It’s a keeper and it’s with us for the long ride through the generations.. it’s that good. Covers are harder than originals.. you made this one look pretty easy
I think the ultimate compliment would be to say I believe Neil himself would immensely enjoy this rendition.
Smokin' hot.
Song has aged very well over the past FIVE and a half DECADES.
@@dthebassman7999 indeed!
❤❤❤
This band notched one up on the OEM - they rocked it. Bravo.
LUXurious arrangement. Lush vocals, nice guitar, bass and drum work.
We like all things "LUX"! (the band) 😎
Sounds fabulous
Analog!
I am shocked this didn't get more looks and likes. This is by far and away my favorite Neil Young song. Bought the album the week it came out and played it countless times. I love this song. Great rendition!
Thank you!
I have noticed that as well, but I have searched for music covers for years on here, and just found this one. They are doing everything right in my opinion, and obviously on the rise.
Best arrangement and vocals I've heard on this particular song. Now, I think you must cover the other two in the {all composed in the same day} triad: cowgirl, and down by the river, aka, a cinnamon cowgirl in the sand down by the river, dead. Merci!
love the idea - we will keep you posted! 😁
NEIL WOULD LOVE THIS
if only we had his email! :-)
excellent!
Love it!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Love the LUX groove on this classic rock song.
Well.done guys and m' lady.

amazingggg!!!! the vocals superbbb!!! keep it up guys!
By the way, I'm stealing your outro lick. HA HA
steal away! the best artists are thieves :-)
@@luxtheband I mean it in a loving way, of course.
@@davestevens1600 of course!
Better than Neil YEEYEE
we’re blushing ☺️!
@@luxtheband Salty is correct, much better vocals and sound than the original, and the outro is also spot on.
Good version. Now try writing an original song as good as this. Then I will be impressed.
LOVE the Song, don't like the melody the grils sings....good voice but tooooo far away from the Young's flavor of the song.
Oh well
