  • Due to the harshness of this trip we decided to film a lot of the trip with our cellphones. Without a doubt this trip is one we will do only once. Cedar Key to Waccasassa ON FOOT! Many thanks to my dude Capt. Trey Mikell for this epic run through the marsh.

      Really push us. Cooking the burgers that way was Trey's idea. Turned out really well.

    You guys are f’g nuts! Definitely had a laugh - not at your pain - only the comments about it. Gives some perspective on how tough life was for indigenous people settling the wild places in the keys and surviving without Yeti backpacks, beef and whiskey. Cool video story, thanks for sharing.

      Thanks for watching. Wish we could have documented it better but the terrain was so brutal.

      @BackwaterFlyFishing  Год назад +1

      For adventures sake. And because nobody has walked through there for about 100 years.

      @@BackwaterFlyFishing Lol, Kinda why people climb mountains. because they are there. I get into crazy stuff like that but it's because I have a bow in my hand. would have been cool to shoot a hog and cook it over a fire along the way

      @@southernhood5145 we saw plenty of hogs in there. Plenty of deer sign in the marsh as well.
