100% haunted, my best friends family (in grade school) owned this cottage and I spend almost every weekend and summer at it. Had two very real run ins with the ghost, the most memorable was when we were sitting underneath an old fashion fire bell at the top of the main stairs, which you had to physically pull to ring, and it rang out while we were sitting there. Scared the sh&t out of me, I’ll never forget that moment. Amazing place, but the lady of buck island is real.
