Did anyone go back to the observation deck after 2.1 story quest? The lines have actually changed. Hoyo's attention to detail is pretty satisfying.
I went there out of curiosity after the quest and quite surprised by the detail as well. Considering that players after this patch will almost never be able to read that line because it will be continuous instead of having to wait for the next patch like us.

My mum passed away nearly six months ago and i imagined standing there with her, looking at that beautiful sight with the breeze through our hair. This is what Genshin was missing for me. I spent hundreds of hours playing Genshin, countless hours exploring the world, engaging in the story, learning things about the world and the characters, for months I played it. In all that time I didn’t once shed a tear, though there were good memories of happiness, excitement, even fear… not once could it make me cry.
Yet in a few hours Star Rail can present a new character and let us barely get to know them before ripping them away, and make us cry and mourn for that character as if they were one of our closest friends. It’s not just Firefly either, several times they’ve been able to do similar things, and it hurts more and more each time.
When it comes to the gameplay it’s really up to personal preference, but in terms of story and emotion, Genshin will always be inferior to Star Rail.
