Don't let this video distract you from the fact that we haven't seen Magnaguards since 2009
Frr 😭
Ikr it’s so bad that I just went ahead and bought ten knockoffs that actually look like the real thing
We haven't seen commando droids since 2012
We've NEVER seen B2 rocket droids even though they'd be such an easy variant
@@noahmaldonado5461 frrr
Or an ARC-170
Or Kit Fisto
Umbara was my favorite arc, shame it probably won't ever get a set again, those centipede tanks were sick, and deserved a set.
True. A small Umbara Army would be a nice change from the other factions.
You could make some good sets for this arc.
- Set with AT RTs
- Umbara Starfighter
- Umbara Battle Pack
- Centipede tank
- the walker from 2013
- Pong Krell vs. Clones
I ain't believing that it's one of the most popular arcs and one ripe with toys.
I want an Umbara fighter, it would be a good excuse to have a fig of Hardcase or Jesse.
I thought Yoda’s interceptor was pretty niche from those 3 eps of TCW and that it’d never be remade but here we are. You never know
They make Jedi interceptors/starfighters of everything though. They're like the cheapest clone wars sets to make cuz they use roughly the same parts every time
What about the CG Gunship. That thing had a couple seconds of screentime and they made it.
@@hubertwaliszewski5740 it was. Was talking about remakes but that’s crazy that they made that
At this point, add Jango Fett's Slave 1 to the list
To be honest I don't think Disney wants to push away Legends merchandise, specially considering that other brands like Hasbro, Funko and Hot Toys have been pumping out quite a few Legends stuff. It feels more like them being too niche for LEGO to risk it, but I hope they change their minds and make some cool stuff like a KOTOR Sith Trooper battle pack, the Ebon Hawk, the Outrider or the Muunilinst Gunship
That could be true
the star wars old republic mmo game has recently had a bit of a resurgence so that’s a little promising a lo
lego has always been somewhat aversive to eu/legends. it took them until 2004 to do a set with something EU related, and even then it was just an automated TIE fighter, the first EU figure wouldnt come until 2007
We need a Yuuzhan Vong battle pack
He states that Disney wouldn’t want Lego to delve into the Old Republic as if Darth Malek WASNT a 25th anniversary figure.
yeah but we won’t get full old republic sets is what he means
@@ryand2172 fair. But Darth Malek is still part of the old republic
You’re right but that was only 1 figure not a whole set. Also someone else said that it also might be that lego just doesn’t wanna risk making a legends set which could also be true
@novabell24 dont get so flustered little piglet
Lego said that anniversary figures are figures that they otherwise would never release since they have no interest in doing any sets related to them.
Which, if anything, proves the point that Lego doesn't want to bother with Old Republic
Out of the TCW sets you mentioned I think the Twilight has the best chance of being remade for the 20th anniversary of the movie/show in 2028 seeing how prominent it was, lasting until season 5.
I hated when that ship got destroyed. I was actually fond of it.
@@TheFirstCurse1 Yeah, I quite liked the ship aswell
i forgot this. In which episode this event happens ?
@@Josh-gq5zv The destruction of it? I don't know the season or episode number but it's when Obi-Wan goes to Mandalore to free Dutchess Satine after Maul takes over. He's disguised as a Maul-dalorian and as they're running to the ship it's blown up.
@@TheFirstCurse1 So, Obi-Wan blamed Anakin for stealing a ship but used it 🤣
Freeco speeder as well in the “very episode specific clone wars” category. Not really sure why they chose to make that one, honestly.
I’d add car banes speeder too
The Jek-14 Starfighter (E-wing) and Jedi Scout Fighter are such good builds
Now I'll be the first one to admit that I have no love for the sequels, but I feel there are so many vehicles and locations that were never made from those movies and spin-offs.
I'll name a few:
Resistance B-Wing, Han Solo's Transport Ship, Resistance Transport Ship, Resistance D'Qar Base, First Order TIE Bomber, First Order TIE Fighter (non-Special Forces variant), TIE/wi Whisper, Kylo Ren's TIE/wi Whisper modified Interceptor, Supremacy, First Order Dreadnought, First Order Riot Walker, Final Duel (Palpatine vs Rey & Kylo), Starkiller Base Masterbuilder set, Sith Xyston-class Star Destroyer.
The sets from the Sequels, albeit pricey, were well designed. I'd love for them to be included in future waves, just one or two per wave would fit right in once (if) the diorama/midi scale/adults welcome set spam dies down.
Thank you! Someone understands me! My dream Lego set that I would want lego to make is a UCS first order dreadnought, just because it was always my favorite scene when I saw it in theaters, and they could take the detail to a whole new level! Frankly, it wouldn’t sell well. Because no one’s buying a 500 dollar UCS first order set
None of those should ever be made. The only sequel sets I'll be fine with would be a UCS TIE Dagger, UCS TIE Silencer, UCS Kylo Ren's Shuttle, and maybe a UCS Resurgent Class Star Destroyer.
Release one every 10 years. And then never release anything even remotely related to the sequel trilogy ever again.
I think the Libertine from tlj should be made, but it's scene specific, its a sequel set, and nobody talks abt it despite it being super sleek and clean
@@andrewyu708 It's a bad looking ship from one of the worst scenes in the worst movie. I hope they never make it.
@@andrewyu708 that's a very interesting one, though I must admit I had no idea what that ship was until I looked it up. Could make for a decent set but it's very niche, so who knows.
Lets hope they will bring a palpatine arrest lego set next year because its the 20th anniversary of revenge of the sith
The Bounty Hunter Battle Pack was amazing! I know it wasn’t good from a traditional battle pack standpoint, but being able to get all those bounty hunters previously exclusive to expensive sets, and i think the first ever release of 4LOM, for so cheap was awesome
6:19 Whilst I mostly agree with this video, I think your wrong on the reason why LEGO won't make SWTOR sets - it isn't Disney suppressing anything, it is A. because no one knows anything about the Old Republic, and B. because LEGO don't tend to make sets based on video games anyway.
Even if LEGO were considering starting to make sets based on SW games, the Old Republic, or 'the MMO' as it is referred to by many, would not be anyone's first idea of a game to base sets on. It would be the original Battlefront games, Jedi Fallen Order, Jedi Survivor, the Jedi Knight series, etc.
I would say that at best they might do a set or 2 on KOTOR, but probably only something like the Ebon Hawk or some other very basic level of understanding set, just like they did with the Force Unleashed by just making the Rogue Shadow.
As of this year, SWTOR averages around 3 to 6 thousand players a month on Steam and hasn't peaked for more than 10 thousand players since May last year let alone averaged 10 thousand players a month (which hasn't happened since August 2020). The game is not *that* popular amongst Star Wars fans, and SWTOR's own community appears to be pretty separated from the mainstream Star Wars community, most of whom have seen the trailers or at best watched a Geetsly's video about the era.
Sure, there are a good number of set options they could make based on those trailers, but LEGO don't really seem to do that normally. I mean, during their SWTOR run, they made sets based on 2 of the main player ships, the Republic's generic fighter ship in space missions and 1 set loosely based off of the trailer.
All just my speculation and what I’ve heard over the years
@@fivelonelyclones fair enough
I think you could add Rebels sets. At least specific sets like the AT DP or the Phantom 1.
The Ghost and Phantom 2 were re-released. I know, but other than that, I don't think there will be any more Rebels sets.
True but I also think there might be a chance that a lot of that stuff will appear again in new Star Wars shows because of the time period it’s set in
@@fivelonelyclones Yeah, thats a point. Maybe we get new sets.
Certain rebels things will probably be reappearing in future stuff like Ahsoka and the thrawn movie. After the special emphasis on TIE defenders in TOTE, I’d be surprised if they don’t make a return in Ahsoka s2, and we’d have to get a set for that.
There are some really cool potential rebels sets that I don’t think we’ll ever get though. One major one is the orange B6 Prototype B-Wing that had the Death Star like laser cannon. It appeared in one episode and seems to be forgotten but it’s one of the coolest Star Wars ships ever, and we’ll more than likely never see it in LEGO.
A Naboo Starfighter in the modern UCS style would be flippin awesome
I really wish Lego would have made set for Jedi fallen order because I love that game and a set like the mantis or seeing new inquisitor mini figures or purge troopers would have been awesome
I've got one, and I'm curious how many people remember it. 7186 Watto's Junkyard from 2001. Although technically an Episode I set, it's not actually based on a scene from the movie but instead a hypothetical scenario where Aldar Beedo visits Watto after the Boonta Eve Podrace, and Watto has the remains of Mawhonic's podracer (hence no Mawhonic minifig).
I think it goes without saying that Lego is never remaking this specific set, nor are they likely to release a set based on off-screen events within the movies. Which I think is kind of a shame because you could really take some creative liberties with off-screen scenarios, but at the same time it probably wouldn't sell very well so... yeah.
Dang! I didn’t even know there were sets specifically for Yoda Chronicles and Freemakers. Talk about marketing dropping the ball.
Lego designers have released official statements that the sequel sets are "not a closed chapter." Google it, it's true.
Not only Lego, at least in black series line they never had launched a prequel figure since episode IX
The set that I hope has a chance is the twilight. I'm very nostalgic for the first couple of seasons of clone wars.
I was thinking it would be cool if they made a drop ship set that connects to the recent AT-TE set via the handle. The set could come with another vehicles it could drop, but it can connect to other sets so you can drop different vehicles.
While all the things and topics you said are valid I think the specific examples are on two cases the exception.
Umbara is one of the most popular clone wars arcs, we are probably gonna see another set from it specifically.
The quad jumper of all things also has made several appearances outside of the sequels already and has some very possible chance of being remade if it's featured in a prominent role
And well the E-wing has been remade
If we ever get another Umbara arc set it won’t be featuring any Umbarans or Umbaran vehicles, it’ll be something with the clones and a pong krell minifigure. The arc itself is very popular but no one ever talks about the umbarans or their vehicles unless it’s about the past Lego sets.
I realy Love the freemaker adventures series and it was also my First Star wars Projekt i Had Seen. The Sets are also realy cool. i didnt now the Bounty Hunter Battlepack count to the series. But it makes sence because every of the Bounty Hunter was part If the series. But yes i agree they will never be remaked.
Greetings from Germany and sorry for my bad english.
It’s crazy that we aren’t getting any V-wings with their heavy use in The Bad Batch
Why Lego didn’t make more bad batch, old republic, force unleashed or any Jedi fallen order/survivor (besides BD-1) is beyond me
The twilight was not in just one scene, that thing showed up over multiple seasons!
You missed a pretty big and 100% definite one: sets 3340, 3341, 3342, and 3343. These were the minifigure-only packs released in 2000 before Hasbro forced Lego to remove them and never produce minifigure-only sets again.
Also, no TIE Crawler or TIE-D either then - two more Legends-only Imperial vehicles.
Lego going back and releasing New Old Republic sets would be amazing since there is so many possible options to choose from
Malgus and star killer technically could come back as a Disney run Star Wars game contains them, They also have Sith like Traya
Even if they do allow Old Republic and Starkiller to return to current media, they will be so nerfed and so watered down they won't be the same. I think it may be better for them to remain in the shadows and stay pure rather than be revisited and get screwed over and rewritten.
4:24 to give you some hope, my 5 year old cousins are watching the clone wars and loving it
The sandspeeder will probably never be done again.
I’m sad that we will probably never see Old Republic sets. We may get sets for the Acolyte in 2025, but we won’t see sets from the Old Republic anytime soon.
If the Knights Of The Old Republic remake happens then we might, but the rumors are mixed with some saying it's cancelled while others are saying that it's being worked on.
They just give us Darth Malak mini fig and he's from game knights of the old republic. So old republic can return
We’ll probably never get a remake of the Bounty Hunter Pursuit with Zam Wessel from Attack of the Clones. We have never gotten a remake of that set since 2002.
the freemaker ship was so cool. wish i could have gotten it. not a cool star wars set, looks so weird. but as a lego set, it would be awesome.
Same problem with Movies/Shows like Rogue One, Solo, Kenobi etc. that aren't relevant now. Even though they aren't that old at this point. (Yea R1 and Solo are 8 and 6 years old rn).
The only way we may get to see more sets related to those is probably IF we get sets for the upcoming new season of Andor. And given how we only got one set for that show (and 2 for BB/Kenobi respectively) I kinda doubt it.
Though I still wish Disney and Lego would give us another chance to get a bunch of Shore/Range trooper minifigs. Don't look up prices, it's nasty.
Video game sets are something that come to mine. You can pair Old Republic & the Force Unleashed sets in that group, but what about the few battlepacks based on the New Battlefronts or even the BD-1 mini model from the Jedi games?
2:35 we see a quad jumper in Andor. It’d be funny and great to see another based off that
Are we not gonna talk about how Bad Batch just wasn’t on the timeline
gonna miss ombara sets would love to get one
I wish theyd do a subline like with the marvel infinity saga and call it star wars legacies so they can remake old sets or do things from legends as well
Where as SWTOR sets will probably never be remade or have new released if the KOTOR remake does ever come out they would drop the ball massively by not doing an Ebon Hawk set. But then again they still haven't done a Mantis set from Fallen Order so maybe video game sets are suddenly off limits?
6:34 I had that one I sadly lost the helmets to the republic troopers sometime ago and have no idea where they are
The Twilight isn’t episode specific as it was a big part of the first season.
I think the smaller ucs sets have essentially been replaced by the smaller 18+ sets but yeah I really like the smaller UCS sets personally. I think obi wans ucs starfighter is really slept on and that $100-$200 range has a lot of potential for other ucs sets like the gungan sub.
remeber that there were 3 arc 170s and only 1 Z95
I think the community has really overlooked something. If Disney sells Star Wars (which they probably will), there will be so many opportunities unlocked
Why would Disney sell Star Wars? It's one of their most popular brands.
@@TheFirstCurse1 they lose money on it every day. And it’s popular but not always for the right reasons. Take andor, kenobi, bobf, bad batch for example. They all sold horribly
Disney is not selling Star Wars lol. They’re not losing money on it. You might just be looking at the profits from movies and shows but what about merchandise? Toys? Theme parks and events? Disney Plus subscriptions from people who just want Star Wars, since it’s the only subscription service to watch Star Wars on?
Also, who is buying Star Wars from Disney and how are they gonna “unlock opportunities”?
@@Rpgd49990 not sure who could buy it. Maybe Warner bros or paramount. And I meant that they may let Lego do more stuff like the old republic and explore more legends content. No need for hostility man! Just here to have a good time talking about Lego and Star Wars
@@LayersonLayers I’m not being hostile don’t worry. Just making sure you’re considering everything.
I will say that Warner bros running Star Wars would be significantly worse than Disney. Disney is very far from perfect but Warner Bros are showing themselves consistently to be the most anti-art major film studio out there. Shelving movies for tax reasons (Coyote vs ACME, Batgirl), putting things straight onto streaming or not giving them enough of a theatrical runtime (The Suicide Squad, both Dune movies), and the way they’ve absolutely butchered the DCEU and plenty of other IP they control. Disney at least cares about maintaining a consistent universe for stuff like Star Wars and Marvel and the rest of their IP.
Kinda odd that if Disney has a desire to move away from legends stuff, that they released the 25th anni Darth Malak figure, but I'm sure glad they did! He's probably my new all time favorite minifig.
APRIL!!!??? It’s MAY! THE LEGO STAR WARS MONTH!!!!!
But... Lego just included a Darth Malak Minifigure in one of their sets 😃 maybe we could have something' from the old republic coming soon
Its honestly suprising the Rogue Shadow ever even was made. The game itself had a pretty high age rating compared to other things sets were based on.
I think we could get some KOTOR sets because Hasbro has made several KOTOR figures recently, same with Starkiller. They made a Black Series of him last year.
The reason Disney doesn’t want LEGO to create old republic sets is because Disney doesn’t want to pay George Lucas royalties for all the characters and ships in the old republic that’s why we got the SQL slop and George Lucas wasn’t directing the sequel trilogy, movies, like he was supposed to because Disney are cheapskates
While the Darth Maul bust is neat and I agree that you'll probably never remake it, can you imagine if Lego were to start doing busts in general now?
malgus is cannon now though we only have gotten a name drop
Idk about the old republic stuff only because malak is a recent figure
Disney channel Lego not to make legend sets essentially proves to me that Disney is Against making money
I dont want them to be remade there are already plenty of high priced sets
My wallet has no more tears to shed
Funny cuz i have the starhopper and i love that set bc u can drop the speeder wit cad bane
They really need to remake the Naboo starfighter with the chrome. It just doesn’t look good with the grey shit.
Or how about this: the Naboo Royal Starship? I don’t think they’ve ever made it, and it has to have the chrome. I mean cmon
Don’t forget that Lego actually remade Yodas Starfighter, which I think was mostly from the Darth Bane arc
I can’t wait for Lego Acolyte!! 😊😁
We had a sequel set at Christmas
to the very episode specific sets, why the twighlight is in this list?

The Sequels are NOT "universally hated and forgotten about." I despise them, but there are plenty of people who love the Sequels and think they're great movies.
More than half the fan base has left them in the past including lego
@@fivelonelyclonesThat's literally just objectively false. Plenty of people still debate the quality of those movies online to this day. I see it all the time. Just because you don't see people talking about them doesn't mean no one does.

I don’t love the statement that “the sequels are universally hated and forgotten by the star wars fan base,” I think that’s a total over exaggeration, and give it 5-10 years and all the kids who grew up with them will be praising them the same way people did the prequels.
This is why I hate Disney for not making any clone wars sets
Disney doesn’t make Lego sets, Lego does. And we literally just got some.
Poopy
The sequels are very far from universally hated in the Star Wars fandom. There are plenty of very vocal people who despise them but there are also plenty of fans of them.
With that said, there just aren’t all that many interesting looking things in the sequels that could be made into a Lego set.
Significantly more than half the fan base hates them that’s enough to say universally hated imo
@@fivelonelyclones That’s definitely not enough to say universally. And no, it’s not significantly more than half the fanbase. It’s just the segments of the fanbase that you see on parts of RUclips or other platforms. There are plenty of people out there who love the sequels, or at least appreciate much about them, and the number of sequels fans is growing each day. You just have to step out of the Disney SW hating echo chamber portions of the internet.

I think the bad batch shows how little lego cares about anything clone related. So many moments could've made great sets, yet we got none.
sequels are more liked than the prequels. Also, how are they forgotten about when people till this day are still crying about TLJ?
Old republic and legends is too edgy and masculine that’s why Disney doesn’t want it
