Rug Deodorization - Flushing Process | Rug Cleaning & Washing the Dirtiest Rug

- In this video, we show you the “Flushing Process” done as part of rug deodorization. This is to remove biohazardous materials, such as urine and other animal waste.
At Dry-Concepts, we have a specially developed slanted scrub floor with a slope that diverts the urine-contaminated rinse solution to a trough so your rug comes out completely free of any animal waste.
We use specialized rinse solutions in 90-gallon gravity fed containers to ensure adequate quantities are available to our technicians to totally dissolve contaminants.
Our rinse hose has the volume to fill a 5-gallon bucket in two seconds. That powerful water flow gives us the ability to completely flush your rug clear of contaminants, odors, urine, dust, and dirt. This flushing process is done before any cleaning solutions are applied.
Once your rug is completely flushed of any biohazardous materials, it’s then put through our normal cleaning process to clean out any remaining soils and stains.
Once the rug goes through our pressurized wringers to squeeze out any excess water its placed in an insulated drying room which is heated to exactly 144 degrees which ensures your rug will be thoroughly dried without any damage to the fibers. It is then kept at this temperature for up to 6 hours to eliminate bacteria and contaminants.
The extra layer of disinfection that takes place during the drying process is only available at Dry-Concepts.

Exquisite rug. The fact that they trusted you with cleaning it says a lot about you. Keep up the great work!
Love it !!! More more please
This is the 1st cleaning process that actually drains the water AWAY from the carpet !
Expensive Art Deco Nichols rug circa 1920’s. Super thick soft, wool weave in organic based dyes. I managed to find one at a resale shop. Normally in the $thousands but my smaller sized find was $9.99, they didn’t know what they had and discounted me “because it was dirty” 😂 took home and washed in driveway . Best day in summer 2019!
I could watch this all day 🥰
So satisfying
More videos like this please love it
😍love the dirt when it comes out
Are you cleaning bottom up, pushing dirt out weaved threads? Makes sense.

It kept irking me when they would leave the center strip and not going all the way across!
Where did they keep this, in the stables?
Such a lucky rug nice and clean now

The water is recycled so stfu :)
İn Azerbaijan neither people, nor guest do not enter home with shoe, that why there rugs washing once in two or three year...
The rug is filthy or ur washing out some of the dye
Where was it?? Out in the yard???
Could you waste any more water on it ..
Getting lower back pain just by watching this....
So this is how it's done. I was hoping to see the whole process ...it cleaned to the end. It was kinda satisfying watching that dirty water scraped out of it. Noticed the rug still had a price tag attached to it.
Lisa C That’s an identification tag telling them the owner, the materials and all that stuff.
@@codename495 Oh! Thanks for clarifying that.🙂
I want this job. R u guys hiring?
Why don't you turn the rug the around and flush it out that way, too? It would cut the flushing part by half.
Anyone who likes this video check out 99 carpet, they have really satisfying carpet cleaning vids. 🙏😁

معرفش يختشي ايه الناس القرف دول !!!!!
seem like it never got cleaned. always had dirt to push out.
These places don’t have an industrial rug duster so they return rugs still filled with dirt.
Joli tapis !! Il faut venir nettoyer mon tapis en France !!!!! 👍💚🧡💛🌺🌺🌺🌺
مستحيل سجاااد صحراء هيداااا😰😰😰
But how did it get so bad?
It really is amazing isn't it? I shampoo my carpets about twice a month and the water always is dark gray. It's amazing how much air pollution settles into the carpets. We live in the country and have a shoe-less household, no pets either. When we lived in the city I would clean my floors once a week and the rags would be black as there is a lot of smog in the air.
Ça fait plaisir de connaître ce métier et d’apprécier la qualité du travail 🤗🤗🤗🌺🌺🌺
hey all this is a shiny color that has no white
You guys flooded my house WTF.
Why are they walking across a rug that they trying to clean i don't see the logic
1- carpets are made for being walked on, it won't hurt it and 2- they keep walking in cleaning solutions, those shoes are squeaky clean
Longer videos

Cleaning is good but this is to much
That's the only way to clean that nasty rug. They should've waited for the rain.
Wasited?
What a waste of water. No water for our next generation.
Don't worry it'll be raining for millions of years to come.
