6:06 Why two thirds? Probably because it has to be serious reason if two thirds or more are in favour of it. So serious that even people from president's own party would want him out.

eh thats too optimistic view. I think the real reason is that impeachment is a political tool and process, not judicial. therefore, it makes sense to have a big threshold as if not, then any party that has a majority in Congress would be impeaching the POTUS or officers of other party like nothing. and no matter what you feel about a POTUS, removing them so much in history will hurt the US government image and its power in both domestic and foreign with so much Admin. change.

I seem to remember an anecdote describing an attempt by John Adams and James Madison to discuss what constituted "High Crimes and Misdemeanors ". Adams wanted a lengthy comprehensive list. Madison allegedly said "John, let's leave it ambiguous (my word) since making it too definitive would allow the introduction for partisan, political and legal interpretations to occur". Adams, a brilliant lawyer, concurred.

Why did a Kahn academy video turn into a political argument against trump in the comment section?

What happens if they find out he DID collude with Russia and he has to go to jail? Is he going to be "president" from a prison cell?
I wish it were 100 years ago; then he could get the death sentence for high treason.

I'm Republican (or was until they changed to Libertarian.) I agree w/ capital punishment. He keeps saying it's only Dems who are after him. I remember when Republicans DISliked you if you wanted to be like Russia.

isnt it sad that a video simply teaching you something has to have people saying stuff like "jews hate trump! MAGA!". come on guys. im conservative but this isnt a political video, just an educational one.... sheeesh

Longana no I know. It's just they have a weird obsession with Jews. They blame them for everything, and a lot of other groups. I can't tell if they're trolling or really are nazis

Well, not everyone hates trump the nation was almost perfectly split in half in the last election with who wanted who, the only thing that determined it was the electoral college, the popular vote was way too close to be able to have an effect
