2:31 Academia is not a rich neighbourhood. Just a middle income- upper middle income neighbourhood. Most of the houses were built during the colonial times. So some of those homes are generational homes hence you might find white people.
The new extension (Academia) is for the rich

No, use to be so perhaps. We live as we afford... And many live that life for years now. Look at the percentage of the said population compared to the millions of mansions and numerous top class neighbourhoods in every city and town!?
