body doesn't do anything, its antibiotics that do work

the microphage of the body will try to engulf the bacilli (immunity response) but the bacilli had sulfolipid which will inhibit the fusion of phagocytic vesicles with lysosomes ,, unlike what muhammad says that the body do nothing :))
