Pistachio Tiramisu, the Best in the World!
I have been living in Italy for 33 years, I have made for you this unique dessert that the whole family will fall in love with.

I ate this dessert for the first time a few days ago in a restaurant in Ostia by the sea.
I live with my Italian husband in Ostia Antyczna.

Ingredients for 6 people
mascarpone cheese 300 g
yolks 3
sugar 100 g
pistachio cream 100 g
crushed pistachios, not salted 100 g
savoiardi biscuits 12 pieces
cold coffee from the machine, unsweetened 250 ml
Put the prepared pistachio tiramisu for a few hours to cool it down for at least 2 hours, then it tastes like the best Italian patisserie.
