Praying 4 rak'ah Sunnah before 'Asr - Shaikh Assim al Hakeem

I thought after Asr is the time in which Sunnan prayers are not recommended, that Sunnah the Propeht (saw) may have prayed was the two sunnah after dhuhr he missed, he didnt allow his wives to pray it when they asked.

No only 2 Sunnah and 3 witr afterwards
