There's so much more to life my friend, I hope you find your peace, for we all are fighting our demons always and will die fighting as it is never ending. I hope you become happy.
You can be depressed and bored. Sometimes I dont want move. Does that go against my illness? Because it's a false way of explaining health. It's very narrow minded
People are so nice and understanding in this comment section. It's good to be here for a while forgetting the chaotic world around me. Hugs, everyone! ^^
Hey you. Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like am, reading all these emotional comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get some exercise, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well! Stay safe and stay relaxed
I’m lying on my bed, it’s early morning, the sun is just peeking out and my parents are fighting. I put my headphones in and play this. Life is good. Just for a few moments.
just to add from your story. after my parents fight as well. their grand daughters came here. but my father suffer from heart problem due to many times he has been hurt by my mom verbally. right now my dad can't work . and sad news. he can't also drove motorcycle anymore. that's the only transport we had.
Or chilling with someone you love, (family, friend, partner, dog, etc) knowing that someone is there for you and knows you for who you are, is also peace, also cuddling :)
I'm homeless and live in nature yet I feel at home...but I have The Holy Ghost. Make Him your home too, just pray to Jesus or stay feeling lost. I pray you do invite His Love. God Loves you Very much. He willingly went thru shame to gladly become Your eternal Best Friend. Love you Beloved.
This really makes me think a lot. I moved overseas in a country different to what I’m used to. Been here 4 years yesterday and I haven’t made friends, I haven’t made enemies, just strangers with memories. But I do want friends, I do want to feel happy around people, I want to make memories with people but life is hard out here. It’s as if everyone is content with who they know, they aren’t willing to make new connections. So that made me hide from the world. But I can’t keep hiding, I just keep passing by. I’m lonely. But not quiet cause I have people around me everyday. Just people to do things with, I don’t hate them, but I don’t think I love them either. Every body has their somebody then there’s me…
@jimmy James hey perfect strannger ill never met ~ your not alone babii , don't yuh feel that way😞...... i feel the same way if it helps anyyy 🌬️ maybe oneday we will find our special spirit mate: who just understand all of us imperfections/ along wit our beautiful scars...🪶🦋🐞. This is the most beautiful comment section I've ever seen 🤍🤍🤍🤍 In Feb I lost my 13 yr old son & lately I try not to think about him or if I do, I try to make it brief bc dwelling on his passing descends me into despair. The suddenness, the inability to say goodbye.....just not having him around makes me feel incredibly lonely & sometimes physically ill. I don't know why I shared that but I just thought I could. Anyway, whoever's listening right now, don't give up, try to find the goodness in lfe. And to myself : take your own advice.
As a single father who has raised my beautiful son for the last 14 years I can’t imagine what it must be like. He lives on in you your souls are forever bonded and I give you all the strength I have to help you ❤️ MAY HE REST IN PEACE ❤️ JUST AS YOU FIND PEACE…
Was told today by my GP that I have heart failure and also liver cirrhosis which gives me a couple of years left so at nearly seventy you quote stood out from the rest , thank you .
Look at you. Despite everything you've been through in your life. All the suffering you've experienced, all the hard times you've fallen upon, and all the struggles you've barely made it through. You're alive. You survived. You made it through all of that, and came out on the other end *still alive.* Still kicking. Take a moment, and think about how truly incredible that is. You are so much stronger than you think you are, and i'm so proud of you for surviving your worst days, and being able to have fleeting moments of peace like this one.
I don't remember when, I don't remember where, But it started. So quietly, so subtly, that, I didn't even notice. It became so obvious. Life doesn't hurt as much, bother me as much. It started and still going, the slow pace of my growing. No longer obsessed, no longer stressed. It's not numbness. I've found myself in peace and steadiness. - Growth It's my first ever poem, had the urge to write it while listening to this playlist. Absolutely beautiful!
I've dreamt many times of one day living in a cabin like this, isolated and solemn. I hope all of you who fight the constant fight against sadness and depression will find comfort in that you are not alone. We will meet each other some day, and share a quiet cup of tea in this place.
Is there a good or reason for the ongoing sadness and depression, or is it temporary due to some event? If there is no resolution, or assistance to improve the situation (like if you are in a relationship and it is not what you want, can the relationship be dissolved...or if you are in financial constraint, assistance can offer some relieve... etc), why not focus on other things? This focus on other things will not be a resolution to the thing that is causing depression and sadness. But you will be shared by this focus and by the depression/sadness. You choose thereafter who is more important or worthwhile - the focus 🙇🧘🏃🏋️🌳🌄🌨️🌌🪐🥞☕🍩🍕🐕🦕🐳🐦🐡🐝🌺 on others or the old depression/sadness 🙍 originating from something that cannot be resolved 🤷. We don't need to be happy all the time. Occasional sadness is okay...maybe it isn't even sad, but just calm, bland, mundane. That is not depression, but just momentarily depressed. The modern world has so much to keep one busy. Unlike a century ago when just getting hold of a book in print was not easy. Does anyone read a book in print anymore since we have the internet? Audio books, videos/televised entertainment, video games, access to lots of music, RUclips, online courses, etc. Our world is actually very small, but it is big enough. Being small can be depressing, think big. I didn't mean to sound inspirational. I don't like the "to inspire" business. What is outside of the isolated and solemn cabin? Aside from trees, there is more in and beyond the fog.
I miss you Dad, now the house is in silence with not more sounds, with no more laughs, I just feel empty everyday when I open my eyes and you’re no here anymore to hug my fears and insecurities. I’m just not ready to grow up without you, my apologies for not be brave enough.
As a kid I loved when it rained , it felt a little cold. So used to take my blanket upto my windows , open them , put on my blanket with just my face poking out and just see the rain . Hear it , feel some of it's little shower on my face . I could sit there for so long just seeing it , observing it , it was ecstatic. I haven't found anything as full of life as those moments. I miss them. 🌼
The world is in search of real hope and peace, but it can only be found through Jesus Christ who loves you more than you could ever know. I am sharing my best friend's story with you in hopes that you will find this peace. God bless you. Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b) Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour! “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) Your Story What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son. The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. Eternity begins soon - Are you ready? “...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31b) “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “(...behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2c) ****************************** This testimony has been made into a gospel tract. I might be late on commenting on this video and maybe nobody will see this comment, but I come here every morning and afternoon because of my depression. This calming music helped me a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for letting me through my tough times. (Sorry about my grammar...)
Vices are not always unhealthy. The routine of this music is good for your mental health and its always nice to see people who have found what works for them. I hope your depressive episodes are short and your life content, may you love this music evermore
it is 5am rn, almost 6am and I'm still awake because I love to stay awake at night. When the world is quiet, no voice around, being able to listen to every single wind blow or raindrop outside and seeing the stars and the moon shine so bright some nights, for me it's the most peaceful feeling in the world. All the worries just seem like nothing because, hey, it's not morning yet. For now, for those times, I can just simply relax and be alone while not feeling alone. Just simply enjoying the pure peace I can have in those moments. . . . Also it's my birthday today and my parents have to go to work pretty soon, which means we can only celebrate this early. So it was worth it anyway to stay up because, at the end of the day, I hate waking up lmao
Hey bro I completely understand where your coming from I get it. That feeling being by yourself but peaceful, not a damn thing to worry about. Idk where you live but when it warms up I want you to listen to Through The Maze by Sleeping Pandora. Just go outside one of these nights hope that the stars are out, star gaze for hours maybe get some thinking done you feel me? Also happy late birthday bro❤️
hey..i know u wrote this a while ago so you prolly won’t see this , but i just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone and i completely understand where you’re coming from. I often feel the same way so i can pretty much relate to your thoughts , i was wondering if we could maybe become mutuals? I’m sorry in case this is a weird thing to ask but idk i just feel like we would be great friends , but yeah as i said i feel kinda weird asking this so i hope you don’t get the wrong idea , happy late bday from me
To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. I hope peace and calmness fill your life.
For anyone here with anxiety, fear, stress, or depression, I want you to know that you are not alone. We all go through difficult times in our lives, and it can sometimes feel as though we'll never get back to normal. But we will overcome all the difficulties. No matter how cold the winter is, there is still a spring ahead. Believe in the power of positive thinking. You will get through it and you will come out stronger than ever.
I have always believed in the power of positivity. I have always been an optimistic, no matter how difficult it gets to be so... But today it feels like I'm losing hope. But thank you for your nice words
Positivity helps, but sometimes emotions and thoughts gets really heavy and unbearable. In those times… pause and breathe. Just focus on breathing. Might be little difficult in the beginning, but keep going and keep your focus on breathing. Breathing will take you to emotions that need your attention. Do not run away from those emotions. Feel them, even if your thoughts are racing. Just keep breathing and feeling the emotions. Emotions demand to be felt. Only by feeling them, you transmute them and release them. I’ve been through tough times like many of you. Lost all hope, got suicidal. In dark times like these, even if am not with you, know that you’re in my prayers and you’re loved more than you can ever imagine. love and peace be with you my friend. Whatever you’re going through, remember that the sun will shine upon us.
I play this every night at bed time for my son (who got bullied in his school for his dyslexia) and now he become so calm and always encourage everyone in his surrounding to do the good with others
@@goblinslayer5548 yes mate i wish all the kids or adults who got bullied in their life may god give them the strength to overcome their fear and courage to do right for others
I was bullied a lot in school. This music always helped me. You are an awesome parent, and I'm glad this music has helped your son feel calm. He doesn't deserve to be bullied. I hope that in the future, the kids will stop bullying him and become his friend, because he sounds like an awesome kid.
I found this randomly and now i reading all comments and realised that all peoples going through something in there life. I'm 19 and sometimes i feel so lonely because i dont have a friend whom i talk. I feel like im everyone's 2nd choice not the priority. I wonder how it feels like to be a chosen one. Anyways after reading all these comments i realised everyone's life is more difficult than mine and ik that my life will become more difficult in the years to come. I just pray to Allah for peace, patience and courage. And for all of you guys, may you have peace in your life. 🤍
When the night is quiet and the lights are off, i dance with my fantasies, smelling the woods in my dreams, the wet earth down my feet, i dance with the trees, on those nights when I fall in love, I find a reason to live
Here Just 5 months left Then turning 20 And the responsibility and mocking pressure everything will be on my shoulder and head And guess what i am older in my family

It’s currently 12:00am and 4 hours ago I hugged the love of my life for the last time. I’ve never been so sad in my life, I’ve never felt so much emotional pain. I just needed to get this out. The first song helped so much with releasing those emotions. I’m glad to see that “peace” seems to have helped so many people. It sure helped me a lot.
Epitaph by Merrit Malloy When I die Give what’s left of me away To children And old men that wait to die. And if you need to cry, Cry for your brother Walking the street beside you. And when you need me, Put your arms Around anyone And give them What you need to give to me. I want to leave you something, Something better Than words Or sounds. Look for me In the people I’ve known Or loved, And if you cannot give me away, At least let me live on in your eyes And not on your mind. You can love me most By letting Hands touch hands, By letting Bodies touch bodies, And by letting go Of children That need to be free. Love doesn’t die, People do. So, when all that’s left of me Is love, Give me away. I’ll see you at home In the earth.
I find most understanding people on music channels. It seems music is indeed universal language of love. Reading the comments here is food for soul. Thank you everyone who commented here, you just made my day
True, people is pretty kind here, and I love it! You're reading positive and calm comments for the first time and feel like: "wow, are those you call humans?". Have s great day comrade! :)
@@SurgutPictures kindness comes from the fact that we are connecting on deeper level of beautiful music instead of superficial level of money, race, creed etc. Beautiful brings out best in us.
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.”
I think it means finding an actual, physical sanctuary but also having the ability to be at peace during chaos. It's not sustainable health-wise to physically stay in a bad place, people try but they eventually come out with all kinds of sicknesses like cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, hair loss, etc. Just don't want to encourage people to marinate in their troubles.
I have a problem with myself I dont even know what last time was when i feel completely the peace Trouble in the Family Maybe trouble with myself Maybe i am the only thing that is the problem
I like peace but inner peace is something I pray for. E you everyone & those causing pain to others I pray for them let's face it these bad men & women who are all children of God they didn't become evil it is something that we may never eill understand is there such a thing as karma I believe so if uour in a bad way turn to mother Mary I'm sure within a week or so you will see change God bless each other with love compassion Jesus christ is real he breaths our air enough said Thank-you ❤️ Amen ..
Oh my gosh, right!! I could read these comments for hours and just cry feel goods all night. It's the most amazing thing I've encountered in such a long time🙏♥️💯

A broken heart needs peace. A broken love, needs healing and understanding. For all those who are broken like me, smiling outside, crying inside, let's rest a while in peace.
For all the people out there who struggle with something… you are loved, you deserve to be understood, you deserve to smile and most importantly you deserve to be alive in this planet. Your pain is not less important than the other’s one. Sleep well, drink water and do what you like
@@darari7511 crying is a normal thing it’s a way to throw up all the negativity so never say sorry for this and never feel ashamed of it but anyways I’m so touched thank you❤️
here’s a poem i wrote: at peace; we are all human, meant to live modestly, at peace, content with body and soul, so why is it that we feel so sad, when we are only meant to feel free
To the person reading this, i hope you heal, so much, that when you see or experience whatever it is that's troubling you, you won't even notice. I hope you feel loved and appreciated every waking moment of your life. You're worth it, you deserve it

Walking through a dark forest isn’t the best, especially when it’s night and fog is everywhere, clouding your sight and hiding the secrets behind the trees. But as you muster up the courage to step closer to a rustling sound, you find a peaceful song playing from a recorder, the disc spinning endlessly round and round. You sit down, leaning against the tree trunk beside it. It feels weird, what with the dirt on your pants, the wood on your back, and the leaves under your boots, but you appreciate that. The melody lulls you to a deep slumber, letting you dream about amazing things and waking up with newfound peace. You wonder what the secrets are behind those trees, and as you peek through the forest’s shadows, you realize. Slowly but surely, you realize.. that not all secrets will make you smile, but the ones that do, exist. And so you step closer to the glow, the scenery around you changing into a garden full of flowers with sunlight never coming down. Your safe space. It might take you forever or too early to find that dark forest, and if you’re lucky, you never might. But in every forest, there’s someone, something, somewhere out there waiting to give you a big hug (unless you’re not into that). And you will find it. Someday. Eventually.
You're listening to this music that means u need peace , care , love and support . Whoever reading my comment i am telling you mate just don't worry , everything is gonna be ok and u r gonna survive ur tough times and will be happy. Don't forget who gives you the problem also he gives you the power to deal with ur problems and lastly don't forget u r not alone we are with you ❤️❤️❤️
None of this is true. You will struggle and despair and nothing will ever be at ease. Within your time there will be many more painful and terrible events, and you will have to bear through the worst of them. Prepare yourself for the despondent future. The music is good though.
According to the Bible tho God does not give you any problems at all. In the Bible he says about this topic: When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone. (James 1:13) And: So listen to me, you men of understanding: It is unthinkable for the true God to act wickedly, For the Almighty to do wrong! (Job 34:10) No, the problems of this world have other reasons.
If you came across this comment, I would like to say that a lot of people have given up of their lives but you still managed to stay strong and keep your head high despite all the things that happened to you so unfairly. But you still wake up in the next morning to go through your day, no matter how painful was yesterday, it's unfair how people don't see how much of a warrior you are. Certainly, you're not wasting your days, these bad days are preparing you for the best, to make you the Empire of your life. So don't say to yourselves that you "can't" do it, you CAN! For every success, there is always work to do and sacrifices. So please don't listen to the demon in your mind, you have so much potential in life. Others like you also went through a lot but at the end, some actually succeeded - If they did manage to do that, then you also CAN.
I feel so lonely and broken. I struggle with this over and over again. I'm scared of getting tired of it. Maybe that is why I lost my sleep. This comment section touched my heart and gave me a little hope. I wanne hug everyone of you and thank you for all the kindness. Love to the person who is reading this ♡

DARING TO SEE She said, “please no” I don’t want to see, but then she went blind and could no longer flee She was imprisoned in a cage she built out of fear She thought of escaping, but it kept her secure The world is out there, the hurt and the pain So I’ll just stay here she said, I’ll stay out of the rain I can’t bare another tear, another rip in my soul Please don’t leave me alone In this black hole She couldn’t see the light The dark was so black She felt she was gone and couldn’t find her way back Should she run for her life? Or stay and hide She didn’t know if the pain would subside If she set herself free would that be courageous? Or would she feel too much of what she hasn’t felt in ages? She was emotionally frozen In an eternal bind Because she shut herself off and became the darkest of blind. To save herself, she had to start feeling to set herself free, she had to begin healing She would not stay imprisoned She would fight to be free she would open her heart and dare to see ------ By Amy Kade
I could died so many times, but now I'm here. Lying in bed in another country, I feel like in a parallel life. I want to go home, but there is a war. All my life I wanted only peace.

Im 17 today =) last year highschool...im becoming an adult soon ..i"ll miss my childhood..and crazy days ... anyone reading this later get me back here. After a year♡
It has been a year. Hope you're well. I'm nearly 60. There are chances to find youthful energy and crazy days throughout life. Of course, I'm not going to pretend that childhood is something irreplaceable. The thing is, you don't need to replace it. It travels with you.
My mom was died two years ago , so I’m suffering from depression and loneliness all this time . People always say that i’m overrated and all this pain can pass away simply , but i can’t ! It’s hard to move on .. i can’t sleep so i escape from the world and come here to get some peace 🖤
No one who has experienced true loss would ever tell you the pain is not that bad and will go away easily. I promise. Loss takes time to heal from and even after a lifetime, it doesn't heal fully. The loss will always be with you but you can find peace within that loss. Please don't let anyone tell you to get over something like that. Grieve. And Grieve as much as you need to. Much love stranger ❤
Hey I am not going to say this It's so hard It's so hurtful My best wishes with you Just see the sky and star Take deep breaths Your mom is with you ❤️❤️ Her soul is protecting you ❤️
Grief is such an unimaginably hard thing to go through, and for some, it's obvious that they have never endured something as hard and painful as you have. And you'll grieve, it's certainly going to be hard, but eventually, you'll hit that point of acceptance. And coming from experience, acceptance sometimes does not mean you'll stop grieving, but you will finally be able to move on. You will find good things, and do good things. We're all rooting for you, every step of the way. Keep your head up, you've got this
I saw the title and clicked then began reading a few of the comments. With every fiber of my being i send you all sooooooo much love in this moment. I just let go of my mom for my own sanity and well being and it hurts. So may we all feel peace in our hearts and spirits as grow through our individual tough situations..may we all come out stronger due them and turn the hurts, pain, and chaos into character building learning experiences that make us wise and strong 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿🌻🌻🌻❤️❤️❤️
In a dead world where everyone is trying to be alive, this is more than Alive. There are Good people in this world. Whoever uploaded this, sending good vibes your way ☘️❤️. Never stop spreading kindness.
My English is not that good , but I would just to say , when I read comments I feel like want to cry because of your lovely words and how much of love and support I see . You are awesome guys !! I love you so much
my mom used to play classical music to help me sleep, my parents divorced and im currently at my dads missing my mom a lot..this playlist helps me sleep and feel like she’s here with me, thank you :)
Life is hard, make the best of it. You have two parents who surely brought you with love to the world. Be grateful for having them. Stay strong, you are not alone!!
this made me break down and cry, and im not sure if it was out of fear or great relief. ive recently finally quit dating apps, chasing people, and rushing myself to find as many friends as possible. its so lonely now and my life is so slow and painful it seems, but i think in that great silence, im finally finding clarity. and in that clarity, i want to find myself and be okay with being alone. this music was what i needed to let those emotions out, and i love it. edit: wow did not expect so many replies. thanks for all the kind words, wishing you all the best :)
i feel you, i fell out with a lot of close friends last year. people i thought would be at my wedding, are now strangers again, just like you to me. but me and those friends never lost each other, just one last fleeting glimpse. and somehow i feel now the world has opened like a flower, and the many eyes that will meet mine are somehow just as close
We spend all our lives looking at ourselves in a mirror and putting on a smile. Putting on a smile to convince ourselves to convince others that were fine. We look on that mirror and put on that mask cause no one can see us cry. We have to be fine we can’t not be. Let it out your safe here. Bask in the presence of no one but you, let yourselves go. Cry, hurt, let it out. Loneliness is a path to healing. There is no better feeling than letting go and accepting and acknowledging yourself. Your perfect. Your emotions how you feel, every little unique thing about you. Accept it, accept you. That’s what peace is for me. Getting over the mask, getting over the hate for myself. Accepting myself and loving myself. Don’t be lonely when your alone. When your alone learn more about yourself, accept yourself and feel peace.
This comment section is EVERYTHING. It's a blessing! Stay calm and wishing everyone true peace and tranquility in their lives. May you all be granted the strength to keep moving forward!
A poem, I wrote while listening to it! English is my 2nd language so idk if you find mistakes in it please I apologize in advance. But I tried my best to convey my thoughts. Peace Comes with a price The Price of a end of something Sometimes it's the end of sorrow Or just a contented heart , Which misses the unwanted presence from the past ; That feels like sweet at first Later leading to a longing For the lost which was let go , Those are present only in vivid memories of a certain part . That peace, Which comes after gaining 'Gain of losing something' So when the peace comes A Chaos that is lost! A heart at peace longs for *The once use to be Chaotic* In the present of silence. Even at peace there's a silent chaos Which a heart denies In fear of being ungrateful Of its own desire.
I see no one has replied so Im gonna. Your poem is beautiful! Keep doing what you are no matter anything. It doesn't matter whether English is your 2nd Language. All that matters is you tried to express something beautifully.
I’ve been crying all night thinking about how life hasn’t been fair to me. Although I am grateful for life & it’s beauty, I am hurt by the pain it’s caused me. Why did I have to pay for someone else’s mistakes? Why couldn’t my parents parents love them correctly so they can love me correctly. Why did it have to happen this why? Why? It just isn’t fair to want a love that’ll never be. A home that I’ll never see. My soul cries. My heart dies. I tell myself I love you, you got this, you’ve always had this. It still hurts. A pain no one can ever take away. Something’s gotta give, something will give. Thank you for this kind of music. To whoever reads this just know you’re not alone. I think of you & I wish I could hug you. Keep your head up & stand tall. Something’s gotta give, something will give. Don’t ever become bitter, be the change we needed. I love you. You got this! 🫂
Your parents parents did not know how to show love, therefore your parents did not know how to show love. You can break the cycle and show love. You are love, you can be love at your essence. Know that you can give love and are worthy of receiving love. Walk in that knowing and take it in without judgement. Like all lessons it is a practice. Much love
i don't usually write comments, especially touchy-feely ones, but i can't stress enough how much music playlists like these have helped me for the past handful of days. my grandmother passed away a couple days ago. it was a long time coming (she had been suffering from dementia and an assortment of physical conditions due to her old age for over 4 years now) and although i had time to prepare myself for it, it still hurt when it happened. my life has been a mess and she was a positive mother figure for me for most of it because my mother never could be just that - a mother. she did everything in her power to try to help me through the hardships i shouldn't have had to go through as a child and was always accepting of me. if she weren't there during the most formative years of my life i would not be here right now. sitting there watching her slowly lose herself over the years hurt more than i could ever explain in simple words. to have someone i cared for, someone who made it abundantly clear she cared for me too wilt away helplessly made me angry. it didn't (and still doesn't) make sense to me why someone so good was destined to suffer so much in her last years of life. though i've learned to overcome this anger and sadness over the admittedly short years i still find myself stuck in foxholes filled to the brim with these intense emotions some days, and that's when i come to videos like these. everyone around me believes i am fine, and although i don't blame them for believing so as i've kept my emotions under a tightly locked trapdoor for years, it constantly feels like nobody around me truly knows how i feel during those nights where i'm alone, not really in the mood to play videogames with my friends or talk to anyone. that's why it feels nice to watch these types of videos and scroll through the comments and see that i'm not alone. that i'm not the only one going through hardships in life, whether great or small. kind of just let my thoughts run a bit in this comment but i doubt people will read it all the way through. it was nice to just let go a bit anyway and (hopefully) not have anyone i know see it.
I don't actually know what to say for that I am not good at voicing my feelings, but reading what you wrote I think.. no, I believe you are a very strong person and that you have a very kind heart, and believe me when I say I can totally relate to your issue of bottling your feelings, your sorrow and everything your being want to express in hopes that it would somehow makes you feel better, lighter form all those words and feelings you have been burying them deep inside while keeping that strong face all the way through all this...do let it out the way you want, the way your soul desire , the way it makes you feel better, it will make you feel better, I'm sure, and even stronger with ..you have gone through a lot and seen you here overcoming them is an amazing thing, you are healing and healing takes time so be patient with yourself , time will pass ,as it has already passed, and the wound will heal but it will leave a scar and hopefully it will be nothing but a reminder of good memories of her (may her soul rest in peace) ...all the peace and support for you, stranger :)
I am very sorry that you had to go through this, but it still makes you stronger, although I have not had such a situation, I understand how it is, I read all your comment and my tears flowed. I sympathize with you, but know that I will always be there, just reply to my comment and I will receive a notification, I will see it and support you. I am always near🤍. hug🫂
hmu if you ever need to talk. life gets messy but your words are appreciated. until you figure your path out i wish you peaceful sleeps. love you brother
I honestly think i have found my inner peace. Taking care of myself, have alone time but not feeling lonely and just my own presence makes me feel great. I’ve cut off a lot of people the past week but i haven’t felt anything but relief. I feel like I’ve found happiness in myself. Matured by being alone and realizing i don’t need someone else to be happy. I don’t need someone to ask me how my day was, if I’ve eaten or what so ever. Even if it would have been nice, i don’t think much about it. I’m soon to be 15 and i have never felt something like this. I’ve always been desperate, always thinking i needed a boyfriend and someone to rely on. But in reality, i only needed myself and i needed alone time to feel better. After realizing, i fought my depression and ED alone. I have just now realized how strong i am and i wish everyone to find their inner peace and realize what actually matters and cut off everything that isn’t worth your time EDITED: THANK U ALL FOR THE KIND WORDS
i can relate to every single word u wrote. for my whole life i never actually have true friends. ive been bullied since middle school till ive graduated high school. so it teach me for always be by my own until i finally comfortable in my own zone. it can be tough at first im not gonna lie but sooner u will get used to it. i also never had a bf. and im completely fine w that. soon when i grew older, it makes me realise having friends or lover can actually kills u sometimes even ur own family can hurts u. full of betrayal, hater, lies after lies, broken trust, hurtful words, and so many negative things. from that i tend to learn how to survive alone and never seek help from anyone whenever im struggling with something. bcs at the end of the day, as u said, all u need is u. and i think its true. im soon to be 20, i dont have close friends but it doesnt mean im a bad person. its bcs im protecting myself from something that can kills me if i let and allow them ruin me mentally and physically. my past has teach me alot about life and im doing everything that i can to not to make it happen. im good w being alone and thats all matters.
You're very intelligent for 15 years old. Keep walking the narrow path in life and sticking to what you know is best for yourself. Especially in the long term. You will be glad that you did it. You will see people on social media and in life looking life they are having so much fun doing and saying dumb things and on the inside they are dying. You are on the right track. Do not stop what you are doing. And when life overwhelms you, remember to go slow and do the bare minimum if you can. As humans we need food, water, shelter, etc. All of these other sources of stress that we think and worry about are all extra things. Don't take life too seriously and remember to enjoy each day.
For those of you who read this, I just wanted to let you know that everything will be fine, whether it's sleeping or relaxing from stress. If you're going through a hard time now, it's a temporary thing, and it's okay to remind you that there are many good and comfortable days ahead. If you are going to sleep, I hope you have the most beautiful dreams and the most peaceful sleep. You are such an amazing person and the world is lucky to have someone like you. I wish you all the best, love and strength. Good night
Music is powerful. It’s not only healing but it’s enriching as well. Babies exposed to music regularly during the womb and then during their infant and toddler stages tend to be smarter than children who weren’t exposed to music. It’s such a shame that music is getting cut in more and more schools when it has such a positive effect on people.
I can feel everyone in this comment section.. You know ik how it feels when u are born in a chaotic family, a new drama every single day....And also when you're a lone wolf.. But i must say one thing, don't let this chaos harm your soul, it's okay if you don't have a family like others, it's okayyy if you never had dinners together with ur family, it's okay to be different, there's a reason why we are born just keep believing that good things are coming.....
@@SS-bp4se This life is a test not something to find peace in we are being tested when you get to heaven then you will be rewarded with peace and retaliation.
According to studies we live longer and happier lives if we're surrounded by people we enjoy being with. But maybe you don't enjoy being with anyone, and I could totally understand this. I once thought I'd do the same and leave it all behind, but I then realized I don't want to lose the people who I cherish everyday. Regardless, I wish you all alone peeps a happy, fulfilling and peaceful life.
Как же мне сейчас хочется оказаться именно там, в этом маленьком деревянном домике на краю туманного леса. Слушая эту музыку, я действительно ощущаю себя лучше и спокойнее. Спасибо
To anyone who's struggling to find peace: remember that trials are like treasure chests. You don't get stronger from them by carrying their heavy weight everywhere you go. You get stronger by taking what you need and leaving the rest behind. :)
appreciate this mix, it's getting me through some tough times.. got my heart broken right before the holidays and this mix has helped me cope with the feeling of being lonely... 3,5 years of my life i gave my all to this girl and in the end I got nothing to show for it. I made a song about it to express my feelings and help people going through the same thing.. Lonliness hurts and I hope to inspire people to use heartbreak as a motivation for their passion. Dropped the song yesterday, to anyone taking the time to check me out and join me on the journey to success, I will forever be thankful. Right now it means more than anything💔🙏
Whoever Is reading this- Just remember that everything you did today was enough. even if everything you did was to lay around all day, You're enough. Existing is enough. Just getting to live another day and making it into tomorrow is enough. You're not obligated to do anything. You don't owe anyone anything. Just Survive.
Vain words for vain people. There’s an almighty creator to worship, unseen lands to explore, infinite seas to navigate, a human anatomy to feel it’s unspoken capacities, a family to nurture, a home to build, a heaven to chase..
I and my dog listened to this music this morning. He fell asleep on my lap just a few minutes after hearing it. It was just awesome. Thank you so much for this peaceful music 🙏

I wasn't sure whether to put this out there or not but here it goes (Literally a vent) The past 2 weeks I became really sick with an infection, I could hardly breathe and i didnt go to school or work During the first few days away from everything I felt terrible but then after a while it became amazing. I felt I could finally sit back, rest and reflect. And it gave me alot of clarity. I had time to realise in my life the friends and people that were toxic and the ones who actually cared somewhat. To be honest most of them didn't even care, and i know deep down I only have these so called friends because I am used for something. But then after resting my problems just came right back up and slapped me in the face (not literally)since I went on technology I have been bombarded with things like a boyfriend, bestfriends, going out to parties, dream job, etc, and its making me feel terrible inside because theyre all new experiences for me id love to explore but at the same time i know i dont need them. I've kind of forgotten about myself I just got carried away into a life that isn't mine and isn't realistic. I have been feeling quite shitty about my friendships too because it seems they've just melted away and it doesn't help that every single person in my family is constantly talking to their own friends and strengthening their own relationships. When that was something that i would have dreamed to have. So it's kind of like they're rubbing it in. It's leaving me feeling hopeless. Me being sick has just turned into one big phase of depression. I was putting in alot of effort to my job and school and got past my past anxiety and depression but now it feels like its all being taken away from me. Im trying my best to enjoy little things and appreciate what i have but i guess ive been wishing for more. I know that is selfish of me but thats how i feel. I always find myself thinking back to peace and letting go of things i cannot control but then I just watch in pure tears as those around me have exactly what I want. I'm probably overthinking this but this sadness got so big that I had to let it out some way. I just want to feel good about my life again like i used to. I had an overall happiness with my life which made me work hard and strive to be better. I am not really interested in always trying to be being positive and optimistic as that did not work for me at all. I'm going to continue focusing on my health and getting better but I just needed to let this out. I guess u could say I'm having a mid-life crisis at the age of 16 😅 I'm so sorry it's so long. The music is beautiful 😭 If anybody read this far down thankyou❤️
I don't think it's selfish to want more out of your life. It's awesome that you're able to take the thoughts and realizations you've had and expand on them, even though it feels overwhelming. You're gonna be okay! I don't know you, but I believe in you!!
Sim... ✍
To all the people coming here besides in the comment section, their is something that brought us here i.e the similarity of our souls... Its so... Beautiful place it would be! 🍀
The word peace to me is when you finally have no thoughts 💭 speeding through your mind. Your soul and spirit even is free. Everything is quiet, you enjoy it.. You can finally rest easy. ♥️
Yes, by having no thoughts the ego disappears and you are experiencing your true self, leading to enlightenment. It is a challenging road but a road well worth pursuing
Peace comes from within, don’t waste a lifetime searching for something right inside of you. We never defeat our demons. We only learn to live above them, show them who’s boss. Find yourself within, your still there, always ❤️
Day 1 It is currently 2 in the morning, next Sunday I will take a flight to Spain, in search of a better future. I leave behind my family, my friends, and my girlfriend... it hurts a lot, but I have to take advantage of this opportunity. Yesterday I finished a sushi making course, I got good at it, I hope to keep learning and improve my cooking skills, maybe I'll get a job related to that...
I'm chronically ill, and to anyone who needs to hear it; it's ok to rest, you don't have to try and get everything done all at once, even the things that are supposed to be fun. It's ok to lie down and watch videos, it's ok to take that nap. You're not any less of a person for wanting to rest yourself. You are allowed to get that drink from the coffee stand and get that piece of clothing you've been eyeing, it's ok. No matter your health situations, you are human first and foremost just like I am, and it's ok to take a break.
For everyone suffering from depression… You’re going to make it. Whenever you feel at your limits, come back to this video and remember: “You’re going to make it”
While I reading this comment section, I feel that I am not alone that we are all connected... When I was young I feel that I am not belong to this world that there is something great and peaceful, kind, powerful, magnificent, splendid, glory beyond this life ... We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
I felt so shitty and unmotivated after coming from school today, I was trying to find some peace by watching electronics but I realised that it made me more unmotivated and frustrated for no reason. I realised I needed a quiet nap after a tiring time at school, so as I was getting ready to nap I remembered that I had saved this beautiful playlist. I put on this playlist and went to sleep. It was so peaceful ♡ the afternoon sun rays coming in through the window and the warm breeze, combined by the soft tunes of this playlist, made it one of the best naps I've taken. I slept a little too long and I realised that I had to get my homework done. So I reluctantly got out of bed. This playlist made me fall asleep fast and it really does give me peace ♡. From today, I'll take taps with this playlist to clear my mind :)

belonging That concept where everyone is struggling to feel, me included. It’s when you feel contented, fulfilled, secured and connected. It’s the opposite of loneliness. You could experience it when you meet new people that have the same mindset as you. Or while doing your favorite hobby. You can feel it at any moment. It is not necessary to feel it every time you’re doing your hobby. It comes suddenly, you don’t need to prepare for it. Lately, I have been wanting to experience it more. It makes me feel like this is where I need to be even when I doubt my journey. I wonder if you can expect it to come? If I traveled miles away from my country to a new city just to feel it. Will I be able to feel it? Part of me says no because I know for sure externals do not fulfill internal needs. It might brings me temporary happiness but not joy. The other part of me says why not test this theory? A sense of belonging is hard to find when you don’t know yourself well. I think that is why most of us don’t usually feel it. Because how can you feel connected with someone that doesn’t match your interest?. You only feel it when you bring your authentic self to the world. This is difficult for us because what if no one accepts us for who we are? Belonging contains a lot of feelings that are more important than happiness. Sometimes I wonder why some chase happiness more than belonging? It feels like you’re here on earth for a reason. Sadly, everyone wants it. And few who experience it. @Playlists films&series literally no one in my fam or relatives gets me. do u think u will find love tho? in my perspective someone will date/marry a person that belong to, not only love. which is hard to find
Well doesn't the feeling of belonging usually come from something external? A person/group of individuals or a place you feel a connection to? Some may chase happiness but why is that different from chasing belonging? Isn't that just a choice or preference? Those things are subjective rite? I see what your saying I often find myself chasing the feeling of old memories or something nostalgic if you will. Just wanted to inquire because I'm curious. And I've felt a feeling of belonging from people who shared different interests and likes but through a intense citation or traumatic event we shared I felt a sense of belonging with them and we were the poles apart besides that one event/ aspect . Would love to hear what you think 🤔
@@damedash4207 hey there, thank u for sharing your thoughts. i really love having these kind of discussions. not necessarily. you could feel it while working or whatever. im not saying u can never feel it when something external happens ( i mentioned that u can feel it when u meet new ppl that have the same mindset as u ), the chasing process is what i meant. the constant striving is mentally exhausting. it is like thinking money will bring u joy. so, u start to put a 1000$ goal to gain. after getting it, u will experince a sense of temporary happiness then immediately put a higher goal like 1500$ etc.. will u actually find joy? or just strive for more?. this example might illustrate what i meant. u cant expect it at all. the possibility of feeling it from externals stuff is low. my answer to your other question is because belonging will bring u joy, dont u come home after meeting the ppl u felt connected with and just smile? dont u feel joy?. belonging contains a LOT of amazing mixed feelings, happenies on the other hand don't. so why everyone is foucsed on happenise? man i could go on and on 😂 sorry for the long reply
I just want you to know that your text got my entire heart. Thank you so much, I really loved the feeling that you brought in this ❤ And I love deep and emotional conversations and discussions, love it soo much!

the first one feels like leaving your “old” life (your past, your traumas, your demons…) back and it’s such a comforting, refreshing bittersweet feeling that had me in awe. it’s been a long time without a piece of music making me feel like this :’)
The way I can’t breathe anymore, the feeling of drowning never goes away anymore, the moment i felt my heart drop it didn’t have no more strength to bring it’s self back up anymore Anymore.

The truth is the real peacefulness is when you're alone.... without anyone no voices,no arguing,no complaining, it's only you and your self.
No such thing
Or chilling with someone you love, (family, friend, partner, dog, etc) knowing that someone is there for you and knows you for who you are, is also peace, also cuddling :)

I've dreamt many times of one day living in a cabin like this, isolated and solemn. I hope all of you who fight the constant fight against sadness and depression will find comfort in that you are not alone. We will meet each other some day, and share a quiet cup of tea in this place.
Unless you want some Evil Dead shit going om around !
I hope so 😥😥 I'm also tired of crying everyday, living a lonely life 😞
That's optimism .
Yes we all will meet . This will happen some day. I m damn sure. I wait for that moment
Awww. How old were you when he passed?
You are strong and you are brave
I'm just not ready to grow up without you, my apologies for not be brave enough. As the old one said, with all my errors i love you still.
My little girl, I love you ❤
I feel you.
Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey
Family Story
Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete.
Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of
a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries.
His Story
Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23)
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12)
He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell.
“For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price]
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)
Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today!
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him.
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
“...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b)
Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour!
“And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28)
Your Story
What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son.
The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6)
We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. Eternity begins soon - Are you ready?
“...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31b)
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
“(...behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2c)

For anyone here with anxiety, fear, stress, or depression, I want you to know that you are not alone. We all go through difficult times in our lives, and it can sometimes feel as though we'll never get back to normal. But we will overcome all the difficulties. No matter how cold the winter is, there is still a spring ahead. Believe in the power of positive thinking. You will get through it and you will come out stronger than ever.
I have always believed in the power of positivity. I have always been an optimistic, no matter how difficult it gets to be so...
But today it feels like I'm losing hope.
But thank you for your nice words
It's wonderful Ambiencopedia. Have a good one!
I wrote almost the same words to a person on YT today. I think I was reassuring myself as much as him. We need to hear these words.
Epitaph
by Merrit Malloy
When I die
Give what’s left of me away
To children
And old men that wait to die.
And if you need to cry,
Cry for your brother
Walking the street beside you.
And when you need me,
Put your arms
Around anyone
And give them
What you need to give to me.
I want to leave you something,
Something better
Than words
Or sounds.
Look for me
In the people I’ve known
Or loved,
And if you cannot give me away,
At least let me live on in your eyes
And not on your mind.
You can love me most
By letting
Hands touch hands,
By letting
Bodies touch bodies,
And by letting go
Of children
That need to be free.
Love doesn’t die,
People do.
So, when all that’s left of me
Is love,
Give me away.
I’ll see you at home
In the earth.

Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey
Family Story
Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete.
Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of
a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries.

Someday. Eventually.

According to the Bible tho God does not give you any problems at all.
In the Bible he says about this topic:
When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone. (James 1:13)
And:
So listen to me, you men of understanding: It is unthinkable for the true God to act wickedly, For the Almighty to do wrong! (Job 34:10)
No, the problems of this world have other reasons.

DARING TO SEE
She said, “please no”
I don’t want to see,
but then she went blind
and could no longer flee
She was imprisoned in a cage she built out of fear
She thought of escaping, but it kept her secure
The world is out there, the hurt and the pain
So I’ll just stay here she said,
I’ll stay out of the rain
I can’t bare another tear, another rip in my soul
Please don’t leave me alone
In this black hole
She couldn’t see the light
The dark was so black
She felt she was gone
and couldn’t find her way back
Should she run for her life? Or stay and hide
She didn’t know if the pain would subside
If she set herself free would that be courageous?
Or would she feel too much
of what she hasn’t felt in ages?
She was emotionally frozen
In an eternal bind
Because she shut herself off
and became the darkest of blind.
To save herself, she had to start feeling
to set herself free, she had to begin healing
She would not stay imprisoned
She would fight to be free
she would open her heart
and dare to see

How’s your 18 going on ? ☺️
Hey @someone_anonymouss
How is life going?
It has been a year. Hope you're well. I'm nearly 60. There are chances to find youthful energy and crazy days throughout life. Of course, I'm not going to pretend that childhood is something irreplaceable. The thing is, you don't need to replace it. It travels with you.
My mom was died two years ago , so I’m suffering from depression and loneliness all this time . People always say that i’m overrated and all this pain can pass away simply , but i can’t ! It’s hard to move on .. i can’t sleep so i escape from the world and come here to get some peace 🖤
Please accept my condolences! I can't even imagine your pain! you are strong and you can handle anything! hug 🖤
Much love stranger ❤
you aren't overreacting, everyone grieves differently. Im so sorry for your loss
Hey
I am not going to say this
It's so hard
It's so hurtful
My best wishes with you
Just see the sky and star
Take deep breaths
Your mom is with you ❤️❤️
Her soul is protecting you ❤️
Grief is such an unimaginably hard thing to go through, and for some, it's obvious that they have never endured something as hard and painful as you have. Keep your head up, you've got this

this made me break down and cry, and im not sure if it was out of fear or great relief. ive recently finally quit dating apps, chasing people, and rushing myself to find as many friends as possible. its so lonely now and my life is so slow and painful it seems, but i think in that great silence, im finally finding clarity. and in that clarity, i want to find myself and be okay with being alone. this music was what i needed to let those emotions out, and i love it.
edit: wow did not expect so many replies. thanks for all the kind words, wishing you all the best :)
appreciate the feelings (;*
It gets better with time. Self love is a journey. Worth it. All the best.
i feel you, i fell out with a lot of close friends last year. people i thought would be at my wedding, are now strangers again, just like you to me. but me and those friends never lost each other, just one last fleeting glimpse. and somehow i feel now the world has opened like a flower, and the many eyes that will meet mine are somehow just as close
It comes to you don't go searching for it

A poem,
I wrote while listening to it!
English is my 2nd language so idk if you find mistakes in it please I apologize in advance. But I tried my best to convey my thoughts.
Peace
Comes with a price
The Price of a end of something
Sometimes it's the end of sorrow
Or just a contented heart ,
Which misses the unwanted presence from the past ;
That feels like sweet at first
Later leading to a longing
For the lost which was let go ,
Those are present only in vivid memories of a certain part .
That peace,
Which comes after gaining
'Gain of losing something'
So when the peace comes
A Chaos that is lost!
A heart at peace longs for
*The once use to be Chaotic*
In the present of silence.
Even at peace there's a silent chaos
Which a heart denies
In fear of being ungrateful
Of its own desire.
I see no one has replied so Im gonna. Your poem is beautiful! Keep doing what you are no matter anything. It doesn't matter whether English is your 2nd Language. All that matters is you tried to express something beautifully.
Like the ending
Beautiful
I love it
Sitting with my granny in our kitchen, blowing wind from the window, this feels so extraordinary
Much love

i don't usually write comments, especially touchy-feely ones, but i can't stress enough how much music playlists like these have helped me for the past handful of days. my grandmother passed away a couple days ago. it was a long time coming (she had been suffering from dementia and an assortment of physical conditions due to her old age for over 4 years now) and although i had time to prepare myself for it, it still hurt when it happened. my life has been a mess and she was a positive mother figure for me for most of it because my mother never could be just that - a mother. she did everything in her power to try to help me through the hardships i shouldn't have had to go through as a child and was always accepting of me. if she weren't there during the most formative years of my life i would not be here right now.
sitting there watching her slowly lose herself over the years hurt more than i could ever explain in simple words. to have someone i cared for, someone who made it abundantly clear she cared for me too wilt away helplessly made me angry. it didn't (and still doesn't) make sense to me why someone so good was destined to suffer so much in her last years of life. though i've learned to overcome this anger and sadness over the admittedly short years i still find myself stuck in foxholes filled to the brim with these intense emotions some days, and that's when i come to videos like these. everyone around me believes i am fine, and although i don't blame them for believing so as i've kept my emotions under a tightly locked trapdoor for years, it constantly feels like nobody around me truly knows how i feel during those nights where i'm alone, not really in the mood to play videogames with my friends or talk to anyone. that's why it feels nice to watch these types of videos and scroll through the comments and see that i'm not alone. that i'm not the only one going through hardships in life, whether great or small.
kind of just let my thoughts run a bit in this comment but i doubt people will read it all the way through. it was nice to just let go a bit anyway and (hopefully) not have anyone i know see it.
hey stranger, thanks for spilling your thoughts here :) don't worry too much because you're always relevant , love ya
I am always near🤍. hug🫂

You are a beautiful soul. I hope your going well ♥️
I honestly think i have found my inner peace. I have just now realized how strong i am and i wish everyone to find their inner peace and realize what actually matters and cut off everything that isn’t worth your time
EDITED: THANK U ALL FOR THE KIND WORDS
@Sweta Rani Maharana i honestly dont know, it just struck me one day and i started fighting for the better ngl
i can relate to every single word u wrote. for my whole life i never actually have true friends. ive been bullied since middle school till ive graduated high school. so it teach me for always be by my own until i finally comfortable in my own zone. it can be tough at first im not gonna lie but sooner u will get used to it. i also never had a bf. and im completely fine w that. soon when i grew older, it makes me realise having friends or lover can actually kills u sometimes even ur own family can hurts u. full of betrayal, hater, lies after lies, broken trust, hurtful words, and so many negative things. from that i tend to learn how to survive alone and never seek help from anyone whenever im struggling with something. bcs at the end of the day, as u said, all u need is u. and i think its true. im soon to be 20, i dont have close friends but it doesnt mean im a bad person. its bcs im protecting myself from something that can kills me if i let and allow them ruin me mentally and physically. my past has teach me alot about life and im doing everything that i can to not to make it happen. im good w being alone and thats all matters.

This is great I’m proud of you.
I imagine myself as a spirit that's roaming around the forest without any care in the world, and finally being at peace.
Good night

Proof that music can heal.
For real! I've experienced this, it's so powerful!
Music is powerful. It’s not only healing but it’s enriching as well. Babies exposed to music regularly during the womb and then during their infant and toddler stages tend to be smarter than children who weren’t exposed to music. It’s such a shame that music is getting cut in more and more schools when it has such a positive effect on people.
well duh
I can feel everyone in this comment section.. You know ik how it feels when u are born in a chaotic family, a new drama every single day....And also when you're a lone wolf.. But i must say one thing, don't let this chaos harm your soul, it's okay if you don't have a family like others, it's okayyy if you never had dinners together with ur family, it's okay to be different, there's a reason why we are born just keep believing that good things are coming.....
The world is in search of real hope and peace, but it can only be found through Jesus Christ who loves you more than you could ever know. I am sharing my best friend's story with you in hopes that you will find this peace. God bless you.
Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey
Family Story
Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete.
Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of
a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries.
His Story

According to studies we live longer and happier lives if we're surrounded by people we enjoy being with. But maybe you don't enjoy being with anyone, and I could totally understand this. I once thought I'd do the same and leave it all behind, but I then realized I don't want to lose the people who I cherish everyday.
Regardless, I wish you all alone peeps a happy, fulfilling and peaceful life.

appreciate this mix, it's getting me through some tough times.. got my heart broken right before the holidays and this mix has helped me cope with the feeling of being lonely...

The past 2 weeks I became really sick with an infection, I could hardly breathe and i didnt go to school or work
During the first few days away from everything I felt terrible but then after a while it became amazing.
I guess u could say I'm having a mid-life crisis at the age of 16 😅
I'm so sorry it's so long. The music is beautiful 😭
If anybody read this far down thankyou❤️
I don't think it's selfish to want more out of your life. It's awesome that you're able to take the thoughts and realizations you've had and expand on them, even though it feels overwhelming. You're gonna be okay! I don't know you, but I believe in you!!
@@bluem.9530 yes I guess so. Thankyou so much for saying that I really appreciate it. Same goes to you 💗
Hey just take care of your health. You will be doing great. I wish I could give you a hug.

To all the people coming here besides in the comment section, their is something that brought us here i.e the similarity of our souls... Its so... Beautiful to see people giving beautiful words to each other, every person or the other leaving so beautiful positive and calming words over here, JUST IMAGINE GATHERING ALL OF US TOGETHER, so... Beautiful place it would be! 🍀

damn bro
That was beautiful.

Красиво написано
The word peace to me is when you finally have no thoughts 💭 speeding through your mind.
Your soul and spirit even is free.
Everything is quiet, you enjoy it..
You can finally rest easy. ♥️
Yes, by having no thoughts the ego disappears and you are experiencing your true self, leading to enlightenment. It is a challenging road but a road well worth pursuing
In bhuddism this is what we quite literally call enlightenment. But according to the bhudda, is only achievable by meditation
Peace comes from within, don’t waste a lifetime searching for something right inside of you. We never defeat our demons. We only learn to live above them, show them who’s boss. Find yourself within, your still there, always ❤️
And one day, all at once, we realize that "our demons" are also us desperately in need of love. ❤️
Day 1
It is currently 2 in the morning, next Sunday I will take a flight to Spain, in search of a better future.
🥲🥲
💜💜🌺
It isn't okay at all. The only break you should take is when it's time to sleep. Don't encourage idle weakness. Extra rest is for the weak.
@@vaporwave-man good for you , you don't need a rest . Yeah better sleep
@@beachinel4776 Nah mate. Good for us to not rest unless utterly necessary. Time spent wrong is wasted time.
I love music without lyrics. Its simple. I get to be in my mind and i find it peaceful to dwell in peace
For everyone suffering from depression… You’re going to make it.
Whenever you feel at your limits, come back to this video and remember:
“You’re going to make it”
While I reading this comment section, I feel that I am not alone that we are all connected...
That was a great comment! Stay blessed!

belonging
That concept where everyone is struggling to feel, me included.
@@damedash4207 hey there, thank u for sharing your thoughts. i really love having these kind of discussions. not necessarily. you could feel it while working or whatever. im not saying u can never feel it when something external happens ( i mentioned that u can feel it when u meet new ppl that have the same mindset as u ), the chasing process is what i meant. the constant striving is mentally exhausting. it is like thinking money will bring u joy. so, u start to put a 1000$ goal to gain. after getting it, u will experince a sense of temporary happiness then immediately put a higher goal like 1500$ etc.. will u actually find joy? or just strive for more?. this example might illustrate what i meant. u cant expect it at all. the possibility of feeling it from externals stuff is low.
my answer to your other question is because belonging will bring u joy, dont u come home after meeting the ppl u felt connected with and just smile? dont u feel joy?. belonging contains a LOT of amazing mixed feelings, happenies on the other hand don't. so why everyone is foucsed on happenise?
man i could go on and on 😂 sorry for the long reply

the first one feels like leaving your “old” life (your past, your traumas, your demons…) back and it’s such a comforting, refreshing bittersweet feeling that had me in awe. it’s been a long time without a piece of music making me feel like this :’)
The way I can’t breathe anymore,
the feeling of drowning never goes away anymore,
the moment i felt my heart drop
it didn’t have no more strength to bring it’s self back up anymore
Anymore.
