    I flew with airBaltic a month ago from ZRH to DUS. It is a disaster from Swiss that they provide a flight with another airline even though you book Swiss. airBaltic is not bad but when I book Swiss I want to fly with Swiss. I also could have flown with f.e eurowings to DUS. But knowingly booked Swiss because I wanted to get what I pay for the service. As I said airBaltic is good but not what I except when booking a flight with SWISS. However great video, this comment is more about to criticise Swiss. Greetings from Zurich😅

      You actually flown SWISS, AirBaltic is renting its planes to SWISS, as AirBaltic doenst need them for now and SWISS needs them after the pandemic. The actuall plane is a bit diffrent, but the service is the same.

    • @moneysaurus
      @moneysaurus 4 месяца назад

      @@yucanyou4854 same, flew many times. I feel that's a misunderstanding. The concept of "operating" is not applicable for the wet lease. It is not a situation like code-sharing, for instance where Lufthansa sells ticket to some United flight, and your booking would say "Lufthansa operated by United". No, sure, here it is different. Here your booking would say just "Swiss" and nothing else. But the planes and crews are from airBaltic. When I say "operating" I mean this practical side of things, rather than legal. Legally yes, you fly on Swiss.
