So far I didn’t see anyone kayak there, there are people fishing. So not sure is it allowed to kayak there since it’s managed by the Semenyih Dam water utility company

Yes it is just along the road side. no trekking required. but i don't think you can swim or anything. just taking photo i guess. Rough coordinate:
