Every time Yangyang and Johnny put out something fashion related, I wish more and more that we could see them do fashion content TOGETHER. I don't care how long it takes, I'm waiting on the ETC JCC collab...
Yangyang looks so different when he is working by himself and when he is with his members. In group activities, we often see him being talkative and fun with a wide smile and sparkly eyes. But in his solo videos, he tends to talk calmly and often has this sharp and mysterious gaze and more of a stoic facial expression. I remember Ten saying Yangyang's personality is a little bit dark in the ETC shopping episode, and I actually agree. Yangyang is naturally pretty quiet and dark, but when he is with his members he starts showing his playful side.
He definitely leans into being youngest with his members - I think the way they naturally dote on him because of being youngest brings it out of him. But other NCT members comment a lot on Yangyang seeming a bit older than the other 2000 members. Makes me think he’s a pretty stoic type

His lyrics are also quite abstract and dark, he loves wearing black clothes, he watches documentaries on psychology, he loves studying languages... and I think that's how he is naturally. I wasn't surprised when I heard he stayed silent for three days after moving into the WayV dorms, took six months to start talking to his stylists, and couldn't talk to Winwin throughout the Regular (CHN ver.) era, and doesn't like going to crowded places by himself. He has also said he is actually a planner, which was interesting. People tend to think Yangyang is super outgoing, carefree, and bright, but I've always felt like he's the opposite when he is by himself.

I think Yangyang is the most fit when it comes to fashion among the members. At first, I honestly didn’t notice his style but as I watch WayV’s content, I appreciate his looks, unique style and self-confidence.. the way he carries himself just shows naturally to him and he stands out for that. Now, I always look at him with admiration. He is one of my favorite members among WayV and NCT. I love you, Yangyang! Keep making contents that make you happy, it makes us happy too!
