This scene legitimately made me bawl my eyes out. Iron man being one of my childhood TV/movie heroes just got to me so much.
same :(
I know it's just a movie and Robert downey jr is still alive but still Iron Man is my favorite mcu avenger.
Same
Same 😭
busted out crying when i watched it 😭
A lot of scenes in Infinity War and Endgame made me cry, but Tony's death and proceeding funeral scene absolutely fucking broke me. I love you 3000.
OH MY GOD IMAGINE MORGAN’s REACTION TO TONY’s DEATH
I love you 3000 😭
3000😭
You’re still crying, awww how cute
@@cyclops23correa70 awww your dad left you now no one loves you, how sad
As a husband and a father, one of my biggest fears is to pass away and leave my family unprotected and not taken care of. Her telling Tony "We are going to be ok. You can rest now." gets me everytime.
Bro she has literally billions of dollars in account and the whole avengers team to protect her😅
@@teradynamic5116thats not what he means but ok.
im srry if you dont have father with you rn but Father is something unreplacable even by the strongest of creation...@@teradynamic5116
No matter how many times i watch this movie.. "tony, look at me.. we are going to be okay. You can rest now" and then when you hear the i love you 3000.. just kills me every time. im a grown ass man and i cried in the theater and im not ashamed of it. and still everytime i see it, its amazingly written how his death becomes but still heartbreaking.
and hearing Peter
bro im still tearing up
“We won, Mister Stark…”
Fuck, it gets me every time.
I watched this character grow for half of my life. To see him gone is legitimately like losing a dear friend. RDJ brought Tony to life, and the writers made him the most likable avenger, but the fans are the ones who will carry his legacy.
i’m saying 😔
I remember in the theater I tried holding it in and then I turned around and noticed a good portion of the audience were literally sobbing and that's when I stopped holding it in haha. That was the only time I've seen that in a movie theater
Funny how everyone reacts with excitement when tony steals the stones, but then even before he snaps his fingers, it switches to “wait a minute, he can’t handle that.” God this movie was incredible.
It mirrored my reaction perfectly
Thanos: "What?! But how did you..."
Tony: "NANO MACHINES SON!"
SNAKEEEE!!!
senator armstrong???
i cried in the theater. the fact that they knew it was coming and still crying is so relatable
Are you like under 10 to cry like that?
@@pandalol7118 shut up
@@pandalol7118 don't be an ahole I doubt you would even understand why people cried on that scene
@@pandalol7118 you wouldn’t understand .
I took this girl to see the movie, and I started bawling my eyes out on this scene. After the movie she said " why are you crying it's just a superhero movie?" I told her "you wouldn't understand." Safe to say Howard Stark was right " you will change the world," "My greatest creation is you." I love you 3000
I hope you never took her out again.
@@shaunarovinski4081 I doubt she'll take the beta male out again
I think she watched m.she.u
Not a original mcu
Just a Movie hahaha damn thats rough, bruh youd be snapping your fingers tryna make her vanish
Are you fucking kidding me? I went into that movie not caring about superhero movies, I only went because I had coupons that were about to expire and because I was curious about how they'd beat Thanos. Despite going in not a superhero movie fan, the 3 hours I was there watching this movie it changed my life and made me a superhero movie fan, and I fucking cried in the theater seeing Iron Man's death and funeral. So that girl who said it's just a movie, have her watch Titanic with you, The Fault in Our Stars or The Shawshank Redemption and then when she starts crying tell her "What the fuck is wrong with you? It's just a movie."
I didn't cry when my ex break up with me Ok? But man i can't hold my tears after seeing this scene 😞
Same
Overrated
@@Itz_Enzo_ not u will not understand
Cringe
not you, not your friend, not your neighbours, not the entire hall, not an entire country...The Whole World Cried, when Tony Died.
It just proves how invested in characters we can get. I'm not shy in saying I cried. And still do each time I watch this. I love you 3000.
The last 20 minutes in this movie gets me every time. One of my best friends passed away in a car accident right before this movie came out, and he left behind a wife and young daughter. It is still hard not to think of him when I watch the end of this movie.
Sorry for your loss
'You can rest now' will forever be etched into my being. What an absolute perfectly heartbreaking ending.
The fact is that, Iron man is the only Avenger who saved the world and fellow Avengers life 2 times and gave his life. That's why he's people's favorite.
I’ve watched this movie easily more than 10 times no exaggeration and trust me you cry every single time. Never gets easier to watch the man I grew up watching known as iron man die so heroically and honorably killed me down to my core.
same
but the difference is i have watch this film more than 10 times and i still cried every single time
i grew up w iron man and it hurt my fucking soul seeing it in theatres… it got spoiled to me a week before, i can home and cried my eyes out and then a week later in the theatres i sobbed again. this scene gets me every single time
It’s Peter. It’s when Peter talks to Tony that I lose it.
I miss Iron Man so much...
We all do 😢
There's no Mcu without him, i thought spiderman was my first childhood superhero but the truth is iron man was, he was present in my life this entire time, it is because of him that i had so many amazing moments with my family and my friends❤💛⚙️
"You can rest now" was the final blow after that I couldn't hold my tears
He was my favourite and he was one of the strongest avengers he was my childhood hero I just can't believe that he died
He died because of sacrificing himself
After all these years... Still feels like it was yesterday I saw this.... And that was my last premiere by marvel. Iron man, black widow, captain... Can't man can't
“Is that all you got- a cheap trick and a cheesy one-liner?”
As it turned out, those were all Tony needed. RIP.
Never in my life have I ever cried at a movie, but this scene broke me, these are movies so much more then that and mean something to people who appreciate them. I thank you Robert Downey Jr for an amazing 10 years
I cried at the end of Logan in theaters, on a first date. I felt so bad lol
This was probably the saddest movie death in all of history.
Honestly yes. I think this is the death that the most people cried in the world too..
Damn bro you got the whole squad crying.
😢😂😭
always that one odd person .
before the first "iron man" movie, no one outside of comic book readers knew who iron man was. they said a movie starring a lesser known comic character would never make money or make a impact.
and now, at the end, iron man is a icon. the fact of a billion dollar franchise. and everyone knows the name of anthony edward stark.
Completely incorrect, Iron Man has always been a bankable character.
The thing for me... I never really liked Iron man comics. But when Robert Downey played him... now I LIKE Ironman. Excellent actor.
@@wartype7619 that's what the studio execs and various other folks said about him. i've known about iron man since i was kid so i was excite for it. but everyone outside of that bubble said that iron man wasn't bankable, especially being playing by a burnt out recovering has been like RDJ.
well, they look like fools now.
This, Logans death, anakins and obi wans confrontation, and supermans death made me cry sm
yup, it's up there with the goats
Whether you are a young child, or a grown-up adult, the death of Iron Man scene in this movie will always be one of the most saddest scenes ever especially those lines where she tells him “Tony look at me.” “We are going to be OK.” “You can rest now” Because that was the one and only way that The Avengers would win was with his death and I at the end he knew he would die, but if it meant saving the world and everyone who loved and cared about, he would do it because that’s what a superhero does is willing to sacrifice their lives to save everyone else they love and care about
This is the biggest loss of the Marvel Universe. I'm still haunted by this scene. And after the covid 19, this scene is like an example of losing your loved one bc of the virus.
Yes you are correct and I have lost my step father bc of the virus which my mother and I have beaten
Oh no a virus that has a 99.97% survival rate...scary
@@dwolf2361 im very sorry for your loss
corona is literally thanos's wish
Everyone saved Iron Man
For example, in Avengers, Hulk saved Iron Man from falling to death from space.
And in Infinity War, Peter saved him from being smashed by Korg.
In return, Tony sacrificed himself to save the universe.
Iron Man was my favorite character, the colors, personality, futuristic look, etc. He was the main character of most Avenger movies, he was the protagonist and leader of Avengers.
We miss you 3000, Tony. Without you, chaos amplifies. ❤️❤️
Wish Dr. Strange could bring him back with his Time Stone, but sadly it won't happen, It will bring back Thanos and disrupt the timeline.
It stabs me in the heart that Iron Man won't show up in the next movies.
I love how the cat in the background is sleeping peacefully while the girl is having an existential crisis over a fictional death😂.....all jokes aside though, I bawled my eyes out too.
From the most cranked hype of cap using mjolnir, to the most gut wrenching moment of Tony putting everything on the line and giving his life to save the universe. This movie was the perfect bookend.
I don’t want to see Tony come back and I mean that in the utmost heartfelt way. This was incredible to watch. I’m glad I saw it in theaters.
The moment that really breaks me is when his reactor light goes out. Also the fact that he was fighting to live up until Pepper said they would be alright.
It had to be tony. He’s been working towards this since the first avengers, haunted by ghost, and by himself. In one moment he put those to rest, this victory made all the sacrifices mean something, and he can rest knowing he did good enough, and that everyone else survived
I always love the little detail that Rhodey is the first one to comfort him, and no words are exchanged just a look
Miss you tony and Steve 😔😔
3 years ago today but I'm still miss you😔
Here I am at 3 am sobbing along side these women.
I went to the movies and I cried. Iron man and was my favorite character.
When I was in the theater I cried, iron man dying honestly messed me he is my favorite hero in marvel.
Strange knows is the only one way to defeat thanos.
Yes
That's why he give time Stone
@@superheroesclab5153 and did the 1 sign since he saw the other avengers beating thanos with his magic in infinity war and he said only 1 killed thanos so he gave a sign in endgame
@@ChavitoTheGreat Dr Strange could have killed Thanos easily but then it will be 2 timeline where they won
@@ChavitoTheGreat no i think it meant when tony stark's father said "shake it, don't pull it" when stark was time travelling, dr. strange showed the finger
I watched it twice. One with my mom and one with my father. Both times still got me.
The only thing I can say is, this is the most painful thing I can still feel up to this day. It still hurts until now
It took me a minute to fully realize what had happened it took until I got home then I finally realized that he was dead
I hate it when some people fake cry man
Ikr they spoil the whole compilation
like who
Why did I look this up, literally got me crying
This is seriously me right now Lmao 😢
Savior of the universe. We love you 3000
3:38 “That’s right bitch” 😂 😂
Ironman might not be the strongest but Ironman,Thor and Captain are the most loved❤
One of the saddest deaths ever for me. RDJ was incredible in Endgame.
lol if i had filmed my reaction it would've been 10 minutes of me straight sobbing my eyes out. i was such a mess when he died
This was an amazing movie, it literally broke me. 10/10. We love u 3000 Tony
Indeed he is the greatest creation by howard stark
I cried at the scene of his death all the way through to his funeral and this scene still makes me cry to this day his sacrifice will never will be forgotten he died as a hero a father a friend and a husband and an avenger rip tony stark aka iron man!
when peter talks to tony right after the snap I physically can not not cry, even if I watch 10 time over
you know, everytime i see tony's snap got feels it in my heart, because i knew someting bad will happen to him... i think he was done of fighting, and didn´t build something to resist all stone's power...
Irons man’s death broke me.Everytime I watch it it breaks me he was my favourite character and now he is gone.I love you 3000
1:24 SHE WAS FAKING IT IT WAS SO OBVIOUS
SHE WAS JUST SMILING
SHE DOESNT CARE
I remember i fighting to not ugly cry when this happened i wasn’t expecting tony to die i was 7 when iron man came out …i grew up watching him and as a man who wants to be remembered as a hero and a good father when she said you can rest now we are going to be ok i started crying …man congrats to the movie makers they made a amazing character
So Marvel didn’t think it was enough killing him but they made his Light turn off just an extra kick in the balls
Opening night, soon as I seen the stones moving up his armour I knew that was it. RDJ was so good, not a word and that's what made it perfect. Not a long speech and stuff. Still my fav death scene in all of cinema.
" if I tell you what happens....it wont happen"
Ironmans death was the most perfect. Bringing him back would only dilute that, I’m glad it didn’t happen
It still brings me to tears watching this - I love you 3000
I couldn't watch another Marvel movie after this one.... It has been my last and final one.
peter scene with iron man is making me cry 😭
This has to be the most emotional death in MCU. Well after Chadwick passed away hit the MCU very hard.
they had me hella bent bro i was like you better be fkn lying.
This is probably the hardest i have cried in years
This scene destroys me EVERY TIME! Iron Man is my favorite Marvel character
The “I Am Iron Man” Kills Me (Also Along With The “Look At Me. we’re Gonna Be Ok”)
Btw, I love how no one attacks ironman whole he takes his time to deliver his line.
Iron man is the most ICON hero everyone loves this role very stylish and beautiful Movie IRON MAN is one of the best in my life
This still hurts to this day!!
I mostly broke when Peter was trying to comfort tony due to technically tony being a father figure to peter
“You can rest now” still makes me fucking bawl all this time later
Iron man and Yondu, are my top 2 favorite characters in MCU and watching them die I was bawling my eyes out
Women were crying their lashes out all over the world
14/04/2022 aún duele. Así sea una película.
I miss iron man
If you didn't shed a tear during this scene, we cannot be friends.
And that damn music when he dies😓
Why does Peter make every death scene 1000x more emotional
Saddest scene I've seen in mcu. I love you 3000
Always Tony ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This still gets me every time. My daughter made the saddest statement when she said "it felt like a family member died"
It's ok to cry if iron man is dying
The reason we cried is because he was our childhood heri
IDK WHY BUT WHENEVER I SAW THE REACTIONS OF THIS SCENE MY MOUTH SMILE ALWAYS GET LOOKS SMILE A JOKE😂😂😂
i wish i was as emotional as these people in endgame when iron man died i was shock upset but did not shed a single tear i was like omg iron man died and he was my whole childhood so yea to see him and captain America never seen ever again will be sad and im pretty sure it last avenger movie to
Would have really hit the gut if Peter called Tony dad, since he pretty was his dad, always there, loving and caring for him and protecting
Thanos death its probably the best death of a villain
There are a lot of special things in this world, but nothing beats seeing this in the theaters for the first time.
Tony’s death is easily the saddest death in cinema history
"Hey Pep..." Tony's last words.
Everybody in infinity war: sad and pissed because avengers got snapped
Everybody in end game : cries because iron man died
When Peter starts talking to Tony that’s when it set in for me that this was it for Tony
Pepper breaking down crying destroys me every time😭😭😭
"They can't kill off Iron Man he's like a main character" Lady has clearly never seen Game of Thrones
I literally screamed "IRON MAN NO!" right after he snapped cus i knew what was going to happen...
I couldn't look at the screen in the theatre, cause I would have cried in front office my friends 😂
