When going from vtol to horizontal flight, slowly move the vtol forward, and then when you are going fast enough, switch to horizontal flight.

heres a cool trick. put your VISOR DOWN on your helmet (yes you can do it) and press the control stick in on the oculus controler. (its been a while since i last tried so i dont completely remember)
basically it pulls up a display in ONE EYE that shows you the targeting cam, and it follows your head movements/gaze. its cool for targeting shit.

When using the gau-8 cannon against air units, only fire at the target that you have locked onto with the tgp. That will make the aiming data more accurate and could be the reason some of your shots were missing. Also when using the unguided bombs, lock onto the target with the tgp and 2 lines will appear on the hud. Line them up and a diamond will slowly go down the line. When it’s in between the 2 triangles release the bomb and it will hit the target
