Everything that you got wrong (from a Avgeek's POV) 1: When you takeoff, Don't push you're Aircraft's nose to high, it will end in a stall. 2: Overspeed means that a condition where an aircraft exceeds its certified maximum speed, So it means you're going to fast for the aircraft so you have to put the throttle back to reduce the speed. 3: When takeoff, you have to apply you're Aircraft's flaps. Because flaps help to produce more lift.

And buddy, turning on the engines during a ground check? That’s one way to make sure your copilot’s got their cardio in for the day. As for the flaps, they're not just there to keep the wings company. Maybe one day, with enough practice, you'll go from sim enthusiast to sim legend. Until then, I’ll keep my seatbelt fastened whenever you’re in the captain’s seat!
If I were locus I would not pin people if they ask for pins I would create guidelines and put no asking for pins and he only pins if ur comment is good and his favorite and not asking for pins and he won’t pin you cuz you asked for one
There were at least 6 mistakes they made 1 they never called for pushback,2 bad taxiway, 3 not aligning with the runaway, 4 they never asked for permission to takeoff,5 they never set flaps,6 not requesting a permission for landing but except from all of that you did a good job:-)

The worst part here is that when things like this happen if anybody dies or is injured they blame the pilot when it is actually a system/maintenence error.
