Yes madam u r right Rice flour shd b put to the boiled water and in mediun heat we hv to mix it to get a smooth version then when it becomes cool we can put it in the chakli varalu or idiyappam maker so that it can b pressed smoothly Also we need to apply little oil or ghee on the Banana leaf As this is cooked twice very good for health🙏
Buy idiyappam powder named "Major".. there is no need to pour hot water in to it, just by adding some salt and cold tap water it can be mixed to make very soft idiyappams..only 8 minutes cooking time..
Soaked rice:rice should be kept in to the water for some hours then it should be dried under the wind for some time then it should be grinded to become the flour
