The track is called “Part Of The Plan” (Rob Chapman) - Available on Spotify
You’ve got the knack you should be attracting intermediates in droves.
Is it just me or does this have a Steve Lukather vibe to the riff?? Nice
I’ve been waiting for you to make a lesson for this song for years!
Glad to help bro
LOVE THE VOX AC30 IN THE BACKGROUND!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah Luke has some great gear here
@@RobChappers is that in some "undisclosed location" 😸, like Pete Bennett's Warehouse, where he, God rest his soul, had Elvis's ring from the 69 come back TV show, and the black Rickenbacker that John Lennon played on the Ed Sullivan show? Oh... You didn't know about that, did you??? It's true, and really funny stories, very short ones! I have a very good old friend, who was friends with Pete! -He's the now deceased music promoter, not the English bloke 😸!!!
Rob, that was so awesome! Thank you for sharing 👍
Love this Rob, thanks for posting. Great axe too
Thanks! I'll try that out.
Cheers!
Nice t style and congratulations on 10 years of a guitar company 😊
This is such a good track, the crunchy sounds your getting are absolutely mint sir :)
Cheers, Rob. Passed this one to the son.
I like that Rob, it's got a great groove to it, thanks for breaking it down. You're inspiring me to get back to my heavier blues rock roots for my next track. :)
I’m digging it Rob.
Tasty motifs and chord choices my man
killer song and I loved the lesson style!
Thanks dude, if enough people like it then I’ll do more… I guess I could do the set list.
Love this format of showing us the breakdown of the riffs. Please keep doing it and maybe some of your back catalogue? As a beginner guitarist this is really easy to follow and golden! Cheers Rob!
would love a tutorial on brothers if you get the time ,love that track
dayum, chappers giving out the keys the lambo🏎
Loving it! I'm going to have to play around with it in between practicing for a show in October... :D
Sweet guitar Chappers!
Very 90s van halen stylet 👍😎
...Gracias amigo..!!😊🎸
Sounding great rob! I got the atomic CLR frfr cause of the last vid sounding so killer. Found it for a bargain too, sounds awesome
Super good cab bro! I use mine all the time
Riff kinda sounds like Unskinny Bop. Love your playing by the way.
🔥🔥🔥
Ya! Get some.
I feel soooooooooo less than intermediate now. Thank you lol
Handsome boi 😘
Hay up dude, hope you are doing well sir.
I have been playing for years now but I do tend to play acoustically on my electric guitar.
As I get older I have become a little amp shy, I don’t attack my guitar like I do when I play without my amp. If that makes sense?
Any advice?
It’s silly really but must be some sub conscious thing going on.
Keep up the good work and best wishes to you and your family.
Get in a band with a bunch of crazy loud people and smash it
@@RobChappers cheers fella, simple but makes a lot of sense. All the best my friend.
Just a thought, can you do a video on the moment that the fretboard "unlocked" for you, what how that happened? I'm beginner / intermediate for 20some years now and have decided to be more technical about my learning in order to approve. Thank you much!!! Love your content!!
I’ll have a think about how I can explain that, good luck with your journey Bro 🤘🏽
@@RobChappers funny enough, my wife and I (about the same time playing / skill level) have both been getting back into it because of you and the boys at Anderton's and have a renewed interest in earnest technical improvement. Keep up the the great work my dude!
Sounds like a skinny Bopper riff
is this normal tuning ?
what tuning is this please Rob?
Eb standard
Good song and nice sequence, but Intonation sounded a little out in places though.
I think you missed the point of the video if you’re commenting about intonation. It’s a practice session and lesson. The intonation is irrelevant. I’m also not hearing anything being off on the guitar anyway . . . but so what if it’s a hair off? This isn’t a video about intonation, after all. 🙄🤷🏼♀️
@@MashaT22 I think you’re missing the point. This is Rob Chapman, and it’s normally perfect. When playing a guitar it should sound in tune and there are occasions when it sounds slightly out. If you can’t hear it, that’s not my fault! 😂😂😂
did you try playing along? is your guitar in standard tuning?
@@odeo- Good question, no I didn’t, but I’m only making a comment on what I heard. It wasn’t supposed to be a big deal.
Dude, no dreads?!?! WTF happened?
Bro… I cut them off over 10 years ago 😂
@@RobChappers HAHA...I guess I've been binging old videos and not realizing how old they were. Well, you're still a dapper young man and your guitar chops are top notch, like always!
Loved the shaking of the camera when towards the end when the drums bass drum and crashes were hitting together, the drums in the background get fuzzy momentarily
