I mean, his awakening is much weaker than theirs tho. Kid and Law were able to severely hurt a Yonko and they even managed to win while Doffy would struggle immensely to even beat a 3rd ranked Yonko commander..if he could actually win against one

Not all Yonko commanders are on the same level. Not all Warlords are on the same level. Sometimes a weaker fighter can beat a stronger one just because he has an ability that is the perfect counter for the other one. One Piece isn't as easy as powerlevel numbers on a Sayan scouter.

Haki is hard to maintain hence why people rarely use fullbody haki. That coupled with the strain of using his df in awakened mode would be near impossible to maintain for even 1 minute.

Agreed. Strength wise as a villain, Kaido wins hands down. But if in terms of pure evil, none comes close to Doffy in the series. The man killed his own family, killed innocents just because he felt like it, manipulated every single one of the Donquixote crews, making them incredibly loyal and willing to die for him (Law would be too, if he didnt heard Doffy's true intention). The man only thinks of himself and is a pure menace.

I dont get how Doffy is able to use all these abillities without any restrictions/strain on his body, he can even heal himself. While Luffy simply using G2 is somehow slowly killing him
Greater raw durability and endurance. Plus he can't heal himself, at best he just applies low level first aid which keeps his organs from tearing apart. The damage is still there.
It's also worth noting that the reason Luffy's gears take a physical toll on him is because they *are* physical, G2 coming from him getting his blood to pump at a faster rate, G3 coming from him pumping air into his bones, G4 being the same but with his muscles and added armament, and then G5 which is sort of a unique case! All of his forms literally and figuratively stretch his body thin, while all Doffy does is just make strings...and if anything, his awakening should remove any strain it *would* have, because until he gained the ability to turn other stuff into strings, you could probably make the argument that he made them from his own energy or something?
