- In this video, I'm making some cool paper towel holders. The base is beat up, and burned with a blowtorch to give it a cool distressed look. Its a simple project that doesn't require any special tools. Just a board and some pipe pieces. I used 3/4" Pipe for mine.

Please remember when using tools of any type, there is the potential for injury. Work at your own risk, be safe, wear your safety gear, and most of all, have fun!
Background music is from my band Sanguine Addiction. The clip is from the song Spontaneous Combustion.
Add a 1/4" steel rod to act as a tension/lever for pulling the paper towels off with one hand. (Like this amzn.to/1rC4sHv)

Splendid! I ware tumbling over different videos, and reached to you...

Love it! The project is great, and the outtakes were awesome!
+Kinderhook Woodcraft Thanks! I always try to use the outtakes. That torch didn't like me at all.
That was great Jeff! I need to try the burn technique. I need to learn more about finishes, got some Danish oil because I watched one of your older videos and digging the results.
Thanks. Just try different finishes. It's easy to get overwhelmed with different methods. Can't go wrong with Danish oil.
Good
