Hi Julien. I'm strongly considering this guitar. If you wouldn't mind, what's your opinion of it? Brilliant playing!

Thanks! I do like the guitar overall, and I'm happy with it. The neck is surprisingly thick for an Ibanez, but feels great, and the fishman pickups are awesome. Playability is quite good!
The fit and finish wasn't perfect though, with pretty rough paint finish in the truss rod cavity and input jack recess for instance. I also had a slightly high fret on there causing some buzz, but had that fixed by my guitar store.
All in all, I recommend checking it out, but do check the guitar and see if it meets your expectations before buying. Cheers!

@@Jgirard257 Very grateful for your thorough reply! Really important you noting the neck. I love Wizard necks, so this is thicker, somehting I have to consider. Just a gorgeous looking guitar thoug, perhaps the nicest I've seen in quite a while. Appreciate your honesty about the rest. I learned to not expect absolute perfection. Hard when you're a fussy bugger like me with OCD to the max lol!
      Thanks again! I'll stay "tuned"!

@@JanPatrickLucas no worries! As far as I know this is the same neck as found on other AZ guitars, so if you're able to try one of those out, that'll be a good reference point. I'm also a fan of thinner neck, but this is a welcome change.
