Nice review. I’ve flown Scoot numerous times. At 6’2” tall, my limit in a 28” seat is Sing to Bangkok. I can’t imagine a 5+ hour flight in it. The 787’s they use for Japan and Taipei flights are ok, particularly in the front cabin, where the seats are premium economy style.

Wonder where did your Instagram go. Anyway, nice video as always! For me, especially in this particular sector where Jeju is a popular tourist destination, Scoot should have deployed their 787s. I can't stand 29' legroom for a 6hr flight, lol.

Don’t be afraid of turbulence, it’s very normal. Just put on your seat belts whenever you are seated and you’ll be fine!
Scoot lost my Armani coat, which was in the checked-in luggage, and they refused to compensate for the loss. I followed all the steps and provided all the supporting documents, but the airline refused to compensate for the lost item without explaining why.
What is even worse is that Scoot keeps wasting your time by repeating "you should do this and you should do that" again and again. For more than a month, I have been trying to talk to the department which is in charge of this matter, but no one was available.
In summary, AVOID SCOOT AT ALL COST if you value your time and money.
That surely is an unfortunate experience.
