He is a tiny baby who can’t take more than 2oz at a time. There was a point where mom tried more than 2oz and he threw it all up. Furthermore, I’m sure he gets more bottles in a day than we see him taking on camera, just like a human baby they feed small amounts multiple times a day.

This is staged. Mom gave the package to Mit, knowing that she probably cannot open it. Otherwise, she would eat it. That is what animals and small children do. Kaka and Diem are instructed to take Mit´s package and eat it all, while staying in the closet, so that MIt cannot come and beg for something. Mom pretends that she does not know that Diem and Kaka ate it all and blames Mit, who does not understand what is happening. Look at Kaka's facial expressing, she is just very surprised, when Mom scolds Kaka and Diem for taking the package and eat it all.

Kaka and Diem are instructed to take Mit´s package and eat it all, while staying in the closet, so that MIt cannot come and beg for something. Mom pretends that she does not know that Diem and Kaka ate it all and blames Mit, who does not understand what is happening. Look at Kaka's facial expressing, she is just very surprised, when Mom scolds Kaka and Diem for taking the package and eat it all.
