Don't be stress you will make through it don't worry . And pls don't wear jackets and all that's just equivalent to torturing yourself with temporary results .

He was 108kg and still made it, I'm 88kg and was depressed, will I ever make it ? Now I feel I still have a chance.
Just a thing of mindset buddy , now collect your courage put efforts ...and change yourself ...2-3 jacket pehno and run 1-2 kms in beginning .
