I purchased a full size Simpsons arcade cabinet in brand new condition a few months ago. It is a fantastic arcade cabinet to own! Now I'm just waiting for my Arcade1up Terminator 2 arcade cabinet to arrive 😎🤘
Thinking of getting one soon, just the price has been holding me back. It's been out for a while and if I procrastinate and leave it much longer I might not be able to get one here in Australia. Great review by the way, I like your style.
Auto bought this as soon as preorders opened. Been asking 1up to make this for years on social media. My favorite arcade game as a kid. Definitely a higher price than my other cabs from them. I have Golden Axe, Marvel Vs Capcom and the Capcom Legacy Cab but for me it's worth it to own my favorite arcade game in a cab.
Bought it and set it up Yesterday. Plays and reminds me of the original arcade game when I was a kid. I guess you know going in the scale is sized down from the original, smaller screen, smaller cabinet so everything is closer together. Audio track seems 80-85% accurate. Paid 499.00. Think its worth it! I think im gonna upgrade the speakers using Sonos since there is an optional headphone jack which is cool. Game play is exact from what I remember.
Pretty aesthetics, that's about it. That control deck looks like a toy, and a cramped toy. Some of their cabs i can see adding IF i feel inclined to swap out their notoriously terrible controls, but man idk... i like what they do with the aesthetics on these but with the price hike and garbage controls, which are THE most important thing to get right next to the emulation... i can't do it man.

I never understood why they didn't put, Super strike on the Golden tee. Same company and cabinets. Many original golden tees was upgraded to Super strike. Some came with both.
Oh man, this is my favorite arcade game of all time, and I even got this arcade cabinet as a present, but I got to say, I can't say I would reccomend any of my friends dropping $700 on it! I mean, it's a super dope cabinet to have in the game room and it looks straight up beautiful, but I feel like it should have been $499 at the most! Cheers man, and love your video dude!
me and my wife have been together since 07 but in 2015 i had to go away for work for 6 months and while i was gone an arcade opened up in the mall, my first night home was Dec.13th we went to the arcade and we beat this game together. i still got pics i snapped inside the arcade from that night. might have to pick this up myself.

There is something about these old school games I love. I know the video games now a days have way better graphics, but I can play these games all day if given a chance.

Those three I want to add to my room. I’m taking apart my turtles with Simpsons coming. I already preordered Simpsons from Walmart, and T2 from Best Buy. Thinking about KI as well. Then next year, I’m hoping for House of the Dead. And, I might want to mod my Outrun into Daytona or Cruis’n Blast. Then there is a spot for another racing game like Ridge Racer or whatever they come out with next year.
If I had room I'd of bought all of these. But luckily I don't have room and I have a multicade which has everything that Arcade1Up are releasing. Solid game
So wanted to make sure but does the bowling have 10 fames cause saw 5 frames but didn’t know if you get to frame 6 it would show 6-10. It’s pricey but the bowling to makes it worth it. Thanks for the info.

With that mistake they did with the hommer character buttons near close to the joystick, not worth $699. But if you can get lucky enough & find a deal like i did few weeks ago & pay $250 for it, then is ok. But other than that, i wouldn't pay that high price & more even only having two games & that error with the buttons. i'm looking foward to update that control deck & remove that trackball for good!
I found one of these at a local WalMart the day after Christmas. It did not come with the stool and due to some minor cosmetic damage on the right side panel I got it for $397. Was by far the easiest one I have ever put together (assembling Tron sucked). Aside from the cosmetic damage the only other thing I found wrong is the sound on Simpson's Bowling did not work. Overall, I feel pretty good about my purchase, the sound on bowling not working kinda blows but I don't really care for that game anyway.

I am having trouble with my new machine, i want to connect to wifi. once i connect to wifi i want to exit and go to main menu to start playing and it does not let me exit the network settings menu. this is frustrating, i even held the 1 player icon for 20 seconds and still has me on network settings.
What is the deal with the dirty/oxidized looking trackball used by Arcade 1up?! I haven't been able to understand why they can't just use a clean white one or a black one. On a plus, I think this cabinet is a real eye catcher and looks otherwise on point!
The sound is disappointing for me. There is no bass! Really noticeable when next to a class of 1981 deluxe and original TMNT. Definitely not a deal breaker though and easy to put a subwoofer inside later. Out of the box the software was awful and bowling had no sound so connecting to WiFi and updating is a must.
Unfortunately I fell out of love with the brand , the arcades feel like toys now they want 7-8 hundred dollars per cab. Can't do it , at 3-400 it was ok , I could upgrade the parts but now we're looking at over 1k.

Classic classic game… sooo many memories of me playing this a a kid matter of fact when ever I visited my fam in Gdl Jal Mex me and my little cousin pumped endless coins in the machines but we proudly beat the game multiple times 😎 and I was always homer he was always Bart but we played as marge and Lisa as well 🤣
This is one I may have to pull the trigger on. So many great memories of playing this in the arcades as a kid. Have you played as Homer yet? The button setup does look like it may feel uncomfortable.

Not as good as MAC OS; but I find the Raspberry Pi 400 option is better then what Arcade 1UP is offering.
