Part of this video was shot in an old theatre in Union City, New Jersey. The first 7 or 8 rows of the theatre seating had been removed, leaving metal stubs in the concrete. They were covered up with carpet fragments and duct tape. During the Mosh Pit scene, we kept tripping over the duct tape on the floor and causing everyone to trip over each other. Anthrax é a banda mais "Gente boa" do Big Four,os caras eram e ainda são moleques até hoje, vivem zoando nos shows e os clipes são engraçados pra caramba. Essa é a banda que todo Skatista gostaria de ter.
Let's talk about how good the drumming for this song sounded I mean some people forget that Anthrax's had one of the best but most underrated thrash metal drummers in the business
My favorite thing about Anthrax isn't the music itself. It's how much fun these guys have, performing. I saw them 2 years ago, and I've never seen someone enjoy what they do, as much as Joey B. Even at 58, he was loving that stage. Same with Frank Bello. He was doing this dance with his bass, kinda like the one you see in this video, but more refined and looked more badass.
Same with Jeff Waters, John Connelly, D.D Verni, Matt Heafy, Paolo Gregoletto, Muhammed Suiçmez, and pretty much every short haired/bald metal musician had hair at one point
Mastodon Joe hip hop had the east coast west coast ... so did metal except in metal it wasnt a war it was one side of the country was going crazy on it first than bands like exodus anthrax came out to help push the thrash scene
I always hated how MTV would shorten a metal video by taking a guitar part out and what not but will allow a long ass G n' R video to be played without any editing.
In 1992 mi father bought me a new Ford Fiesta car because I had to go to my new job… Just the week after I put an “Antrhax” yellow homemade sticker on the back glass of the car and provide a 1000w high-fidelity panel on board… Then all was simple: friends, girls, concerts, good music at a very loud sound… It was my hole where I coule experiment my adult life! I cryed when I had to change that car, but my passion for loud music hasn’t changed… Good listening from Italy!!!

Saw the Big 4 live 2 times in Prague and in Amneville. Was a big Metallica and Slayer fan at the time, also liked Megadeth but I had never heard about Anthrax. Anyway, after seeing the Big 4 live for the first time I have to say that in my opinion Anthrax was a better live act than Slayer and Megadeth, the crowd also seemed to be in a better mood during their act. Anthrax just still has a lot of the energy live which Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth seem to have lost over the years. Say what you want about this band, but they kick fucking ass on stage. Of course Slayer will always be Slayer and Megadeth is a class act just like Metallica live is also a great thing because the entire crowd freaks out but when it comes to the performance of the band itself I think Antrax still has the most energy on stage.
Well Tom had a hip injury during the big 4 consert if I remember correctly, but anthrax did put up a better show than the other three (despite the crowd being more crazy for metallica)
The thing is out of those four bands only Anthrax has a frontman, while the others are all stuck in place playing their instruments also they're all significantly younger than the other bands and obviously have more energy.
I'm not native American but I have all due respect.for the native American.also . Anthrax will and have always rock your ears off and that's that. Part of the big four.

truebinx ...me too...in Evansville Indiana next Tuesday!!!!Can't wait
Rock on the range?
My great grandmother was a full blooded Cherokee on my dad's side . My mother's side there was some black foot. I cry for the Indians.
3:24 - 3:34 - Regardless of my general indifference to Anthrax, these are 10 of the coolest seconds
in thrash metal.
Let's talk about how good the drumming for this song sounded I mean some people forget that Anthrax's had one of the best but most underrated thrash metal drummers in the business
What a killer song, love the transition to double time in the pre-chorus.
Stood up and highlighted the plight of the native Americans.
Definitely one of the best kickass tracks from the Among The Living album. Wardance!!! 🤘🤘
Whoever put that Wardance part in was a fucking GENIUS. Probably Scott Ian. But my god, the vibes that part gives off are just next level.
It saddens me that pop gets 5 millions in a day but masterpieces like this take 4 years to get 3 million
It’s at 12 now
My favorite thing about Anthrax isn't the music itself.
These blokes were my thrash band of the 80’s,love em!
Its crazy how many people come back to this everyday... this song is masterpiece!!!!
That has to be the best fucking breakdown riff of all time. WARRRDAAAAANNCCCEEEE!
❤❤❤ I love this band🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
That’s right kids, Scott Ian actually had hair at one point.
Same with Phil Anselmo, Kerry King and Lars Ulrich
@@Justafoo_04 lars has like 50% hair now
Neimonen nessi He’s also 50% less good at drums now
Same with Jeff Waters, John Connelly, D.D Verni, Matt Heafy, Paolo Gregoletto, Muhammed Suiçmez, and pretty much every short haired/bald metal musician had hair at one point
@@CobaltLancer , and they still have hair - if ya know where to look...
i love anthrax i really do since the beginning these dudes rock
Mastodon Joe thought they would have broken wide open, they got big but not like i thought they would, u know, like Metallica big
Mastodon Joe hip hop had the east coast west coast ... so did metal except in metal it wasnt a war it was one side of the country was going crazy on it first than bands like exodus anthrax came out to help push the thrash scene
@@louissuppa490 They are as big as Slayer and Megadeth, but none of them are as big as Metallica, in fact, none of them are, actually.
I always hated how MTV would shorten a metal video by taking a guitar part out and what not but will allow a long ass G n' R video to be played without any editing.
please say that was sarcasm
yes, sure.. to a tone deaf idiot they are...
"We all see black and white,
when it comes to someone elses fight"
(I hate GNR too, but only because of Axl Rose)
i love gnr and anthrax equally but i think all music videos/songs should be played full length
Axl doesn't hate you. He never reads this shite. Matter of fact, Axl is sleeping soundly at this moment in total oblivion/ignorance of us...
In 1992 mi father bought me a new Ford Fiesta car because I had to go to my new job…
Just the week after I put an “Antrhax” yellow homemade sticker on the back glass of the car and provide a 1000w high-fidelity panel on board…
Then all was simple: friends, girls, concerts, good music at a very loud sound…
It was my hole where I coule experiment my adult life!
I cryed when I had to change that car, but my passion for loud music hasn’t changed…
Good listening from Italy!!!
Being from the Cherokee tribe, I love this song!
a great hug and a lot of rock for you my friends native americans and native brazilians... and for all of us who are not native, but love to rock! heavy metal forever!
How can I miss the 80’s when I’m only 15? Love Anthrax
I’m a college student from 2021. I’m 1/50th Native American and I’m so offended I’m literally shaking
Lol
First Anthrax song I ever heard. Still a great track after all these years. Love the opening drum part.
I see Belladona live before pandemic, I got no idea that his mom is Native American, the guys is amazing, the energy he have, it's from another world
Used to rock out to this as a teen without paying much attention to the meaning, but now it's absolutely powerful knowing it as an adult.
50% aztec 50% american proud CRY FOR THE INDIANS
Agreed.
Well Tom had a hip injury during the big 4 consert if I remember correctly, but anthrax did put up a better show than the other three (despite the crowd being more crazy for metallica)
The thing is out of those four bands only Anthrax has a frontman, while the others are all stuck in place playing their instruments also they're all significantly younger than the other bands and obviously have more energy.
metalmade100 they are about the same age, scott ian is only 2 years younger than Tom araya
I'm an Indian and I approve this video.
God I love the last part of the solo, anthrax always bring fun vibes into metal. Awesome band
I love the whole solo
I'm not native American but I have all due respect.for the native American.also . Anthrax will and have always rock your ears off and that's that. Part of the big four.
2:34 Favorite part of the song
Saw them live yesterday, the pits were amazing.
Одна из самых величайших песен в трэш-металле.
I'm native American and approve of scott wearing head dress... Rock on!
This album is a timeless thrash masterpiece
Shit ! I'm a native American man and can't stop listening to it
Stop it. You're not.
@@devekut2 how would you know

Anthrax was always my favorite of the "Big 4"
Saw these guys 5 times in the 80s/90s. If possible, they are underrated.
Anthrax:
Mosh
Talent
No drugs
No sex
Only Thrash Metal
Since 1980
😎
🤘 🤘 🤘 🤘 🤘 🤘
Edison Mustaine Thrash 666 no sex? you got that right
Only thrash, c'mon man what was the rap and punk crap. Seriously they should have been replaced by Testament in the big 4. These guys were a bit too silly with their logos and cover art and mix of wrap and punk.
Hell yea
mydogmax1969-either way anthrax is still good but not testament I think it should suicidal tendencies or SOD
@@amayalee9657 hell yeah! when you mosh you dont date. they should do like a virgin metal cover, virgin lives matter
Who yells WAR DANCE! at 2:38 It compliments this transition so much, I love it!
Excellent song!!! Used to get me so pumped!! Ha! Almost 30 years ago as a sophomore in high school!
ah thats cool
Que buena banda, soy de el carmen de viboral, antioquia, Colombia, aquí se escucha buen rock and roll
0:12 Reminds me of Aces High by Iron Maiden
This reminds me a little bit of run to the hills. Probably because they both start with only drums, and are both about native Americans.
This song will forever be in history
I'm a Chippewa Indian and member of the White Earth band. I'm also a drummer of 59 yrs. Thanks to Anthrax and many other bands that have songs about the Native Americans. Horns up! 🤘🏼
