All those people at the beginning, not knowing they're about to witness absolute genius before their eyes.
This has to be one of my favourite songs from the last few years. This and the other side are two fantastic pieces of music. The whole album is brilliant.
I love the "Guidance" guy.
+schel sullivan Some super late probably super useless fun facts: his name is Steven Bales, he was super young (the lunar landing was actually on his 27th birthday). As Guidance Officer he was responsible for the navigation systems and computers of the Apollo 11. He was the one later in the song who decided (on the info from one of his even younger computer engineers) that the warning message they got was to be ignored. He was chosen to accept the Nasa Group Achievement Award for the whole crew because of that decision :D
This album breaks new ground.

+Al M Trust me, this is awesome in comparison to the pop music that gets churned out today. This song is linked with one of the most important events in history whereas most popular songs are just about self-obsession and pathetic psuedo-romances.

for the musos out there, how do they keep in time with the mission control recordings, the drummer has to be playing to an in-ear click track right?
I think he is yeah, and some if them are being played through a soundboard live I think by the band member at the back
